  • Nice fit 3x 6'2" 295lbs great zip up functions
Color: Camo Size: 3X-Large
Fit and finish is nice. as i said my frame is 6' 2" and im 295 its easy for the zip up rather than traditional "grab, stuff, your body" into other suits. even when wet its easy to slip back in it. the nice zipper flap helps keep the water from leaching through too much. the water temp ranges i teated it in were relatively warm from +70deg.F. to +84 deg. F. (so mostly west coast/tropical type weather.) It really makes a difference in amount of time able to be spent in water without feeling "chilly" especially when the winds pick up...no super cooling effects than without a vest. In a pool it makes you just the right buoyancy, and you dont need a pool float. It's comfy and also tested in southwest heat 115+ F. in backyard pools ...and just right for warmer climates too. (meaning not sweating -nor overheating.) My only down side if you can call it that is not getting the matching bottoms. Honestly, if you are in warmer temps board shorts are just fine; and your body core temp stays comfy. This is the "goldilocks" factor of "just right" applies here not too hot, not too cold, but just right to extend your swim times. Things I have not tried yet... Body boarding/ surfing. there is one concern of swift paddling all day there was on spot near armpit that seemed like it might chafe under the exposed skin on underside of arm...this is just from playing a few rousing games of pool dodgeball rough-housing with my 4 adult sons. Nothing really but its a theory I've yet to test on a hawaiian trip soon. Will be back on follow up if any issues. But for now the couple of weeks I've put it to use...completely satisfied and it will come with me any time I'm into the water sports. (note: did not jetski nor waterski or tube) No real concerns there as it appears it is well made and will hold up to some good activities. If you want freedom of movement and like shoulder exposed wetsuits but hate stuffing yourself into one that does not zip on like a jacket this is what you are looking for. also note full torso coverage as a buyer if big and tall items this never came above my lower back to let in cold water it stayed in place with all activities like a good second skin. Time will tell how long it lasts and well report back if any changes. So far so good. ... show more

  • Comfortable and keeps you warm.
Color: Blue Size: Small
Good looking and fits well (for me). Wore this for the first time last weekend for some paddle boarding. It does a good job of keeping you warm on those overcast or chilly mornings when you want to get out on the water. The fit was good, I did not get any bunching or rubbing in the armpits while paddling. I may have been right in between sizes. I'm 5' 8" 155lbs with a 32" waist. I was reluctant to go with their sizing chart recommendation which put me in a small, but I went with it anyways. It was the right choice but does not leave me much room for "growth" in the midsection. My suggestion would be to size up if you are in the middle of 2 sizes and you tend to fluctuate in weight and waist size. I believe this is a good value for the price and should last at least a few seasons. ... show more

  • Nice Vest for Hawaii -- 5' 7" 135lbs
Color: Blue Size: Small
I travel to Hawaii once or twice a year and have other wetsuits but have been looking for a vest, to have something smaller and lighter. These seemed like the perfect fit. I'm 5' 7", 135lbs, and got a small, probably should have got an XS. It's snug where it should be around my torso, but not under my arm--it's just a little loose, which will allow water to slip in there. The zipper is fine quality, but it pushes into my neck. The zipper and fabric are a bit stiff and there doesn't seem to be a way around that. I've tried pushing it down into the neck loop, or pulling it up, but it still feels like it's biting my neck. It's a bit irritating. So I may return the vest. Something worth noting, this is only 2mm. My others are 3mm and they are amazing. It's probably minimal difference, but my body doesn't regulate temps very well, which is why I need these in the first place. I think the value for the money is worth it. You're getting a good deal--not a fantastic deal--which is why you're not paying an exorbitant price. The overall look and feel is perfect for a day at the beach and can easily be paired with most swimwear for guys. (We get pretty boring color options! Grey, dark blue, Hunter green, white... You REALLY have to shop on Amazon for clothes because no other retailer offers options for men anymore! The men's department shrinks more every day.) ... show more

  • Nice for cooler temp lake activities
Color: Camo Size: X-Large
I’ve been using this wetsuit vest for jet skiing in cooler temps, and it works perfectly as an extra layer under my life vest. The 2mm neoprene adds noticeable warmth without restricting movement, and the sleeveless design keeps it comfortable and flexible. The front zip makes it easy to get on and off, even when wet. Great quality and very effective for extending time on the water. It's quite stylish but I don't look quite like the model in the ad - so I won't expose you to my fit. Fit is as expected -- I'm an XL and it's XL to American standards. ... show more

  • Excellent thin wetsuit top
Color: Blue Size: XX-Large
Excellent thin wetsuit top. The fabric is soft, flexible neoprene. It is sewn together really well. It insulates decently for a think wetsuit vest - probably only use it in warm-ish water. I tested it in my pool when the pool temp was probably mid 80s. I really liked it, and its slightly buoyant. I am 6 feet and 250 lbs and have a fat midsection. The 2XL since I got was a little tight when I zipped it up dry - but, then, wetsuits are supposed to be. Once in the water, it was more like a second skin. Tight, but not restrictive. The arm holes are not loose abound your skin. The zipper is well built and attached, it is oversized and works great. It hangs down a bit longer than I expected, but not awkward enough to lose a star over. ... show more
