UPDATE 04/21/23 I just had to come back and write an update because their customer service earned it. The day of or the day after I wrote my review the company reached out to me immediately refunding my purchase and sent me a new one. Within a week of writing my review they resolved my complaint and I’m loving my mixer again. I am taking the extra precaution to wash the beaters right after I am done to prevent rusting. But I’m so grateful for their customer service & their promptness to fix the problem. Just a wonderful company. Thank you! Old review: The beaters rusted…. Not sure if I just got some lousy beaters or if the beaters just aren’t very good quality, but all I did was soak my beaters for a couple days & when my husband was doing dishes he broke the news & I’ve been immensely disappointed ever since. The motor on this thing is crazy. There is no slow lol I only put it on level one because it is so powerful. Works amazingly as far as that is concerned but the beaters rusting broke my heart. I even tried looking for replacement beaters by the same company & they don’t exist. I would think they would offer something like that but I guess not. So it is sitting under my counter and I just don’t know what to do with it. I don’t want to throw it away but if I can’t find replacement beaters that fit & work, I’m going to have to. I did not try the dough beaters but I’m worried the same thing will happen. So, if you do get this powerhouse, make sure you have a strong grip & strong arm, and you wash the beaters right away and don’t soak them. I hope the moisture in the foods you whip up doesn’t eventually lead to rust. I just don’t know. But you will whip up egg whites and whipping cream faster than ever before.     • Very powerful! Great for most kitchen mixing jobs

I bought the Mueller hand blender to replace an old Kitchen aid hand mixer that was on the fritz. My first impression with the Mueller is that it is much, much more powerful- perhaps even too powerful for some jobs. I'm a decently experienced baker, and I use a hand mixer for a good percentage of batters, cookie doughs, etc. This unit is powerful enough to handle a small batch of chocolate chip cookie dough (though I'd normally go for the stand mixer for larger batches), muffin and cake batters, pizzelle batter (a stiff batter), noodles, and the like. It's fantastic for whipping egg white based baked goods into peaks in no time. I've been on a macaron baking kick lately, and this mixer gets the egg whites and sugar to stiff peaks in a couple of minutes- much faster than my old mixer. My major hangup with this unit is that it has no slow speed. When combining dry ingredients into wet ingredients, I've made sure to whisk everything together part of the way with the beater blades turned off, unless I want a cloud of flour or powdered sugar all over my kitchen. Other mixers have a "slow" setting 1 speed that is helpful for this kind of gentle whisking. The Mueller, on the other hand, seems to have 5 different turbo speeds. That's great for most things, but not when you want to mix something gently. In the months I've used this mixer, I've never really needed to use the highest two speeds. Overall, I recommend it, but definitely a solid 4 stars. ... show more

My old hand mixer of 20 yrs finally died. Just "growled" at me and I knew that was it. I looked for a handmixer with more power that had some attachments. I really liked the looks of this one so purchased it. I have a couple of things to mention. "Low" is more like medium so you need very deep bowl or it throws food all over. (I have been afraid to try the TURBO button lol) Also you have to pull the beaters out of the slot by hand so your hands get dirty. Maybe an "eject" button for the beaters needed. Other than that I love the storage for the beaters and cord that attaches to the mixer. ... show more

I have had this hand mixer for almost a year and it has never failed to work. The storage container that comes with it is handy and keeps everything together and neatly stored. The one thing I’m extremely disappointed in is the low speed isn’t low enough for me. It seems pretty fast and whatever I am mixing flies all over the kitchen!!! Otherwise it is powerful and has mixed everything I’ve asked it to - just with a lot of exuberance! 🥴 ... show more

The mixer is just amazing! It arrived quickly and well secure. I got the gray version and it quality looking. The speeds work like a shark, but I have Jude it in the first speed. It is also very quiet and light. My three year old likes baking with me and she can hold it easily. Yiu will not regret this getting this product ... show more

Seems to be short cannot set it down when done blending unless short bowl . It is very powerful even on slow need to use deep container so it don’t fly everywhere. But mixes great .

There's a lot to like about this mixer. The size, power, and the self-storage for the attachments are great. It's nimble and has plenty of speed settings, which are great. The only thing I'd change if I could is that it's difficult to release the beaters. The buttons to release have to be pressed together, which for me, is tough to do with one hand, but the other hand has to actually pull the beaters out - and after its been used is a pretty messy endeavor. If I had it to do again, I'd probably look for a mixer that ejects the beaters more easily. ... show more

Item as stated. does the job well with thick batters. Turbo Boost is a nice feature. Used mine to make Irish soda Bread and it handled the dough quite easily. Clean up was a bit of a problem with Dough getting into the blade inserts but a little extra effort was needed to clean them. overall this is a great addition to my Kitchen utensils. ... show more
