I ordered the Mueller Home 12-Cup Coffee Maker in pink and was impressed right away. The color is a soft baby pink—exactly what I wanted. The machine is lightweight, easy to use, and brews smoothly with no dripping. I switched from K-Cups to save money and go back to traditional coffee, and I’m glad I did. The aroma while brewing is much richer. The keep-warm function holds the coffee hot for around two hours and it automatically shuts off, which is great if you’re in a rush. I can pour a cup, come back later, and it’s still warm. Overall: pretty, practical, brews well, and I’m very happy with it !

Blows my mind when you read 1 star reviews on a product that was flawless for me. This machine for the price is excellent. Nothing fancy, gets the job done and the coffee came out perfect. You DO NOT need or should not attempt to use filters in this basket. Grinds go straight in, you close the top lid tightly and when it's done just simply run the filter under water. I love it and would 100% buy it again if needed.

We bought this brewer to replace a 40-year-old relic that the carafe had finally cracked and broken for. This brewer was easy to unpack, set up, and start using. It makes great coffee and has a no-filter-needed micro-screen drip cup thats handy and easy to clean. We use a 8-12 paper basket filter anyway (fits great but not necessary). The carafe burner has a 2hr time-out/turn-off feature that is safe, and easily turned back on with the single power/brew rocker-switch, that's on the base. True 12-cup carafe. We love it and are extremely happy with the value and quality of our purchase.

It works well. It's inexpensive! I'd give it five stars if it wasn't so hard to see the water level as you pour water into it. It's a clear window with a white background. That makes it hard to see. Oddly enough, I bought it because it's white. I could see the COFFEE level! YAY!!

I must say the quality seems very good. The plastic is thick..the carafe is well made. It’s very simple and does have the auto shutoff. The first batch of coffee was very good and hot too.. Well packaged I hope it holds up For the price very good

Excellent coffee maker ! We didn't need all the bells and whistles that typically come with every brand of coffee makers, we had that. Simply, a 12 cup, drip coffee maker that works to keep it hot after it brews. Another feature was the pour spout, the coffee flows into the cup, unlike our Mr. Coffee pot which always resulted in coffee down the outside of the glass coffee pot when pouring. It brews rather quickly, the inner basket is reusable and easy to clean after use, the hot plate, too, is easy to wipe clean. The unit itself isn't big and bulky and holds a lot of water for 12 cups. I purchased this unit for 2 reasons, 1. The reviews of others 2. The brand, Mueller. I have 2 other products which are amazing and had no idea they made coffee pots, too. The auto shut off is also a great feature. Excellent coffee maker without a ridiculous price.

Thanks for Keeping It Simple & making a coffee maker that has everything I need... coffee maker, funnel, permanent filter, and a warming plate that shuts off after two hours. One switch. A measuring spoon. I purchased the pot on behalf of a group that chooses to remain anonymous. They meet weekly for an hour to discuss matters about their common welfare...and drink a lot of coffee. Folks usually show up a bit early and stay a while after, making the 2 hour timer a perfect fit for our needs. The instructions, information on care and maintenance are clear and simple. As a result it's hard to make a bad cup of coffee. No clock, programming, or special features that we don't need. Cindy, I don't routinely do any reviews on Amazon. I want to support family businesses like Mueller. however, and Amazon does offer a platform for small business to access a vast marketplace of potential customers. Plus you asked nicely. I hope folks will see the advantage your coffee makers provide in making coffee well. Then shutting it off before it sits too long. Thanks for that one additional feature.
