I was able to get my results in about week and a half. The whole process was pretty simple. I really liked that they offer a phone call with someone to go over your results. They really went into detail over the phone about your results! It helped me get a better understanding of what they mean.I am considering getting it for my husband now too! HIGHLY recommend

They will send you a link to the results that is very difficult to access, and then once you finally get to it, the results are written in medical jargon that doesn't make sense to a layperson. They have a phone number you can call, but it's Pacific time and you have to call and leave a message for someone to call you back. I called several times and they always called back when I was working or otherwise unavailable to answer the phone. If they don't reach you the first time, they won't try to call you again unless you call back and start the process over. I played phone tag with them for a while and then gave up. They make it nearly impossible to get your results. I never got mine, so this test was completely worthless to me. *Update* Once I was finally able to speak to someone he was very helpful and kind.

My husband did this test a month ago and wanted me to do it as well. I ordered on Amazon and received the kit quickly. The instructions were great on how to swab your cheek and send in the results. I mailed it and within abt 2 weeks the results were on the portal for me to view. Their Dr called to go over my results and make sure that I understood. He also told me to email any further questions. After the call, I had more questions and several emails were sent back and forth. Then the Dr called me back just to make sure i understood the emails. The customer service has been great. I am super excited to work with them on this and may order more tests in the future.
