I had nothing but issues since the beginning of this order and in my many years of repairing/building computer neve had I had soo many issues on top of that I am still making Affirm payment on this.. First I got send a defective monitor and no speakers. Contact via Amazon made to called tech support number on computer which was not the correct phone number. Had to use a search engine to find the real number called and told rep about the damaged monitor and not speakers sent phone of damage rep said they would send out monitor and speakers. Monitor came in with another set of headphone but no speakers I just let that go at the time until the computer tower fans started not working either with the light not working or the light fans not working. Called company again and was troubling shooing and let them remote in to trouble shoot ended up sending the tower and they said they were sending me a new. New tower came in right out of the box sound card has issues of not being detected until you reboot or use device manager to scan for new hardware changes. It is now 4-13-2026 and the fans on the new replacement tower is starting to do what the last tower did. I have never has this amount of crap happen and this computer is suppose to be for some of my business stuff and I may file a BBB complaint if they keep screwing around with me. ... show more
