This one is the name brand, and is NOT refurbished, it is a new circuit breaker of the correct name of Cutler and Hammer (or at least stylished to appear like a Cutler and Hammer and works just as well), 100 AMP certified circuit breaker. 100 Amp breaker. Way cheaper than the big box stores, which have these at $100+. Clipped right into my breaker box and now feeds a sub panel out in the shop. No problems so far.
