Such a Needed Product
This one is the name brand, and is NOT refurbished, it is a new circuit breaker of the correct name of Cutler and Hammer (or at least stylished to appear like a Cutler and Hammer and works just as well), 100 AMP certified circuit breaker. This is exactly what my husband needed and not refurbished or used, it appears to be totally brand-new.

Good so far but this is an update later item
100 Amp breaker. Way cheaper than the big box stores, which have these at $100+. Clipped right into my breaker box and now feeds a sub panel out in the shop. No problems so far.
