Great-looking and it works. There is no locking of any kind after extending the telescopic elements, only friction. We'll see how long that lasts... It does hold my phone or small camera, with some wobbling/shaking - OK for indoor use, not so great outside while windy or on uneven surfaces (the telescope is a fourth leg that can interfere with stability). Construction seems sturdy enough but plasticky. Usable but not heavy-duty. It should be fine for a while with enough care. On the plus side - light enough to carry around. Device can be used as a stand or a medium-length selfie-stick - the legs form a comfortable handle. No issue with magnets getting unglued anymore on the (newer, I guess) version I got. The magnets are no longer visible/on the surface, but embedded in the base of the feet, under a layer of plastic. i wasn't sure there were even any magnets there at first.

The reason I got this product is for a Neewer Light wand to use for photography as well as a light for night fishing and the tripod works perfectly for those uses or with my gopro as a selfie stick, or to set my gopro up while hunting or fishing to provide additional angles. The only draw back is that when you telescope the tripod, it doesn't twist/lock, so when I attempted to test the weight, it would not hold my DLSR and would gradually slide down. I will not be using it for my DSLR, but I wanted to test it just to see if I could use it for low angle shots which I can do without using the telescope arm. Overall, the quality honestly feels solid, and it has rubber feet to prevent slippage. I'm thinking I'm going to buy a second one and I would recommend this product.

I've really come to love this little grip. It's not a pricey gimbal, it's not a high end super sturdy mini pod but it provides plenty of stability for my cell phone when using with a Rode mini mic, dead-cat muff and adaptor cables. Cold shoe holds the mic and allows it to swivel. The ball is machined aluminum and quite strong. The turn screw tightens well and is easy to grab.

I used this to photograph the northern lights. I only travel with a backpack and this fit in there perfectly. It was really windy and I had this on top of the car and yet it was surprisingly sturdy. I didn’t extend it since I had the shutter open for a long time and didn’t want blur. I’m happy with this purchase.

This Extendable Mini Camera Tripod is a "must-have" for my studio and camera bag. I have mounted a Sony ZV-E10, a cell phone, and a small gimble for a cell phone on it. It has helped me get some great video shots. When I am not using it for video, I leave it on my desk and use it with an older cell for video calls. I highly recommend this product.

I carry a mobile display for work and I've always found the positions that the display offers up to be limited to the setting I'm currently at, when I have added this product I was able to add better viewing positions which enabled me. Also, to put a video conference on top of the mobile screening the tripod as the ability to take that weight with no issue.

I use mine for my GOPRO it’s perfect! it can also work perfectly well with mirrorless an dslr camera as well! It’s more than long enough for a selfie stick an the tripod lets are nice an wide there perfect for using outdoors or on the beach!
