  • Works but problem with bluetooth
So I only have had for couple of days but my biggest problem is have ran into is my wifi cards I have that plugs into the smaller pci slots right now I have I'm pci_e2 and only wifi is working not bluetooth, it is one of those that I need to plug into the onboard USB slots such as this board labeled as jusb1 or jusb2 i have tried both of these and my bluetooth will not work, I have tried the method of turning off psu and unplugging, then pushing power button down for 30secs and then hooking back up didn't help with this. Other then the bluetooth problem the rest of it is working I can feel my GPU running better with the faster pci 4 then the pci 3 i was using on my old board. ... show more

  • No brainer when on a budget, perfect mobo.
This mobo is sturdy, reliable, long lasting, great value for the money, I had an accident while replacing a cooler and damaged a 5700X, the mobo was perfectly fine, I'm still using this now with a 5800X and is working great, good temperatures, good performance, the aesthetics of this mobo are not the best ones but come on, it is very cheap for everything you already get. ... show more

  • I'm going to be that guy to give them one star
I bought this way back in February, and it didn't take too long before it just would not post one day. I used it in the morning, that afternoon it was no longer working. I apologize to AMD because I seriously though it was the processor. When I spoke to CS at MSI, they were super friendly and everything, we discussed the RMA process and I specifically requested that they test it with a processor, it's shows that in the documentation. Long story short, I bought this product, had a problem with it, had to pay to ship it back to them, when I get it back I put a brand new processor in it and oh look the CPU led is on. I spent hours debugging this and I finally found that if I use a single stick of ram in the DIMMB2 slot, I could get it to post. I can't have more than one stick and it has to be in that slot. Clearly an issue with the motherboard, and clearly they didn't test it with a processor. I need a computer to work so I bought one from another manufacturer and it's been solid from day one, and the flashback process took seconds and worked the first time. Not even close to the experience I had trying to flash this pos. Again sorry AMD, but thank you for promptly replacing my processor. Update: So I sent the AMD processor back and they returned a new one fairly promptly, kudos to them on that. Like I mentioned in my review above, in order to troubleshoot if it was the mobo or the processor, MSI was pushing me to update the firmware, which I had already done and I really did not want to do a second time, but it seemed to be the only way to get the ball rolling on this problem. I did exactly as they instructed, and it bricked my mother board. Now I have two problems. Because I needed a computer to work on, I ended up buying a different brand (which also needed to be flashed and I did it in a matter of minutes on the first attempt). I sent my board back to MSI for RMA. When I received it back I had already had a different setup working perfectly so I wasn't going to disassemble it all to try and use a motherboard that was questionable from the beginning. After a few months I was going to donate it to the son of a friend of mine to try and peek his interest in technology. When I assembled it together I realized that the motherboard was doing the same exact thing, like they either never reflashed it or they didn't do any sort of testing on it afterwards. I paid retail for this board, and then paid to have it shipped back to them for RMA, and they sent me back a product that was failing in the same exact way it was when I sent it. I will never purchase anything from MSI again, ever. ... show more
