I purchased this scooter mainly for use in theme parks, and overall it has been a great choice. I’m able to load and unload it from my car by myself, which is very convenient. The battery, once fully charged, lasts me all day during park visits. It does take a few charge cycles before reaching full capacity, but after that, the performance has been reliable. The only drawback I’ve noticed is the turn radius, which is not ideal for theme park queues. On several rides, I had to do a lot of reversing and adjusting to make certain turns, while others on different scooters had no trouble. That said, this is something I could have anticipated by checking more reviews beforehand. If there were a way to improve the turning capability, it would make the scooter even better. Overall, I’m very happy with this scooter. It has given me the independence to enjoy the parks and other activities without having to rely on rentals. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-transport scooter for everyday use and travel.

This scooter has changed my daily life. The scooter has many comfort features such as the 360° swivel seat which makes it easy to get on and off. The seat is nicely padded so very comfortable. The tiller tilts for Rider comfort. I especially like the fact that this scooter has an LED headlight and it is bright! The solid tires make for a comfortable ride. It comes with nice looking Wheels. Looks sporty! I purchased the red color and it is beautiful! There is more than ample leg room and the anti-tip feature is a bonus. The backup horn is loud enough to hear which is a good safety feature. There is even a USB port on the tiller. The baskets are nice. The front basket can be removed very easily and has a handle to carry it. The larger rear basket which is optional to use will be nice for trips to Farmers market and to the park this summer. It gives me freedom to explore and have more Independence. Scooter travels pretty fast at 7 mph. The downside for me was there was a part of the scooter body that had a break in it and it broke off. As it is a cosmetic issue I chose to keep the scooter anyhow. I'm certain it was from packing or shipping. It doesn't affect the operation of the scooter. I also wish the turn radius were better but I have used the scooter for 3 days and it hasn't been an issue. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. There's no reason not to enjoy life even with neuropathy or other mobility issues. For stability, breaking, and ease of charging the batteries this is an excellent purchase.

this is a great low cost scooter. i just wish it was rated for a higher weight and that the seat did not squeak and move around so much. the rear basket is very small. but over all its a great general use scooter. I also do not find anyplace to get parts or accessories if needed

This electric motor scooter is great for mobility issues and being able to get around. It’s very comfortable has a swivel seat for easy access for getting in and out of the chair. Battery life lasts for is great specially for the summer outdoors.

We received the scooter very quickly. It was very simple to put together. We're delighted that when you put it in neutral, I can slide it or lift it to where I need to go if I get stuck or , I need to turn around. I have it with us on a trip right now, easily transportable. When it arrived the exfra battery case was cracked. We had a new one in two days with just a phone call. Amazing customer service. Very easy to drive and has two baskets to carry things. Love it.
