Excellent and beautiful scooter. Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust for the rider. Comfortable seat. Despite the fact that it was really well-packed, there was really minor shipping damage to the headlight lens. Customer service responded immediately and kept in touch, sending out a replacement immediately. The speed setting indicator is a hoot…turtle to hare (I’m turtle). Handles and seat are easy to adjust for comfort. Turning radius is pretty good. Worth the money.

This scooter was very easy to assemble and it is very easy to use. I recently moved into an assisted living facility and the scooter is very helpful to get around. It's nice to not only have the front basket but a basket behind the seat. The lights on the front and back are very helpful also. The quality is top notch.

Scooter arrive on time, and was easy to assemble. At first it looked a little bulky and was unsure of the turn radius but after taking to amusement park it steered and drove really well. Lasted the entire day at the amusement park. I will be looking into replacing the seat, or buying a cushion. it’s comfortable enough for short trips to store, but not ideal if you intend on a full day of use. Also really enjoy the overall look. Real sleek design as opposed to some others I was looking at. I did have an issue where the battery wasn’t holding a charge when trying to recharge, but I reached out to support and they responded quickly and immediately helped me resolve this. Scooter is now back to 100. Would definitely buy again if needed.

This scooter has changed my daily life. The scooter has many comfort features such as the 360° swivel seat which makes it easy to get on and off. The seat is nicely padded so very comfortable. The tiller tilts for Rider comfort. I especially like the fact that this scooter has an LED headlight and it is bright! The solid tires make for a comfortable ride. It comes with nice looking Wheels. Looks sporty! I purchased the red color and it is beautiful! There is more than ample leg room and the anti-tip feature is a bonus. The backup horn is loud enough to hear which is a good safety feature. There is even a USB port on the tiller. The baskets are nice. The front basket can be removed very easily and has a handle to carry it. The larger rear basket which is optional to use will be nice for trips to Farmers market and to the park this summer. It gives me freedom to explore and have more Independence. Scooter travels pretty fast at 7 mph. The downside for me was there was a part of the scooter body that had a break in it and it broke off. As it is a cosmetic issue I chose to keep the scooter anyhow. I'm certain it was from packing or shipping. It doesn't affect the operation of the scooter. I also wish the turn radius were better but I have used the scooter for 3 days and it hasn't been an issue. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. There's no reason not to enjoy life even with neuropathy or other mobility issues. For stability, breaking, and ease of charging the batteries this is an excellent purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I love this scooter, its heavy so you won't be able to lift it by yourself especially if your disabled but I took it for a test drive yesterday and it was so comfortable, If I go out shopping I usually don't stay out long because I can't walk for a long period of time but I stayed out so long yesterday. The scooter is pretty fast and it has settings to slow down . Very good scooter, so far im very satisfied.
