This extractor is of high quality! Very sturdy. I would recommend an attached base for speeds over 50%. There are drilled out holes in legs for easy attachment. There are two emergency shut offs. Everything was thought of in creating this machine.

I have not used it yet, but assembly was pretty easy. The only issue was the second leg bolt is in a riv nut so tight that you can not unscrew it. We hat to remove the whole leg to tank straps, then hold the rivnut and crack the bolt loose. Overall impressed with the initial quality. My only complaint is the dead space below the honey gate is just over an inch so we're going to have to figure out how to get the honey out from the bottom. If this was eliminated it would be perfect.

This extractor worked wonderfully for me. Variable speed control and the motor/lid assembly lifts off to remove the basket to clean out the honey from the drum. Arrived un damaged, and worked flawlessly for me. It was comparable to the small commercial extractors that I looked at during the NCSBA summer meeting, for a fraction of the cost!
