So I just received this extractor, and it looks pretty legit. I haven't used it yet, but I tested it out and assembled it. Gotta say it's a good buy for a hobby beekeeper. I haven't spent much on my bees, since I started, I caught my bees so they were free, and I purchase my boxes from the amish; which really is the way to go. So this was my major purchase since starting, and im happy I did. Very pleased with it. I'll post an update once I've done my first harvest! Happy beekeeping!

I received this as a gift and the plexiglass came broken. I can’t seem to get a hold of the manufacturer to get a replacement part but other than that it works great! We did have to bolt it to the floor to keep it from walking but that was our only complaint once we got it fired up

The spin basket is designed for 2 frames to 12. Very quiet. One of the plexiglass half lids were broken in shipping like others, but seller was fast to respond to my message and replacements are coming. The problem is the lids are larger than the extractor naturally, and rough shipping is sure to crack one or both lid halves. Note: there is a single ball bearing in the bottom of the extractor which can fall out during cleaning. I packed bee wax in the bearing to help hold it in its race until I remove it. I’m confident and pleased that customer service is top notch.

HAVE USED THIS SEASON MANY TIMES. VERY, VERY PLEASED LOAD IT! IT CAN HANDLE IT balance your load best you can. I attached mine to a wooden triangle. this makes it easy to hand truck and increases stability only modification I made. EASY TO CLEAN WRENSE OUT WITH WATER HOSE LET AIR DRY IN THE SUN SET ASSSIDE TILL NEXT DRAW. ALLOWS YOU TO DO OTHER THINGS WHILE IT WORKS. WELL WORTH THE MONEY. SAFETY FEATURES LIKE AN "E" STOP BUTTON AND DOOR OPEN STOP GREAT. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH.
