The ingredients are clean and effective. There’s even some enzymes in it to help you digest well. Whey protein caused me to have the worst cystic acne imaginable, I refuse to take the stuff now. This is a great safe alternative. Will def make you lean. If you’re looking for something that tastes great with water, this is not it. It’s going to have a slightly odd texture and flavor. Add some vanilla extract or maple extract and maybe some cinnamon and it’s palatable. It also very hard to blend it til there’s no clumps. You’re also going to feel like you have dried egg whites on your lips if you don’t wipe it off immediately. 😅 There’s almost no fat and very few carbs - but a lot of protein. 5 carbs, .5 fat, and 23 g of protein = excellent macros. Bottom line: If you waited 2 years for that ex to change 🙄, you can drink this stuff for 12 weeks to cut weight.

I’ve gone through a lot of different protein powders over the years, and this egg white protein surprised me in the best way. The chocolate flavor is smooth and not overly sweet, which I love. It mixes easily in just a shaker bottle with water or almond milk—no clumps, no gritty texture. I also appreciate that it’s a cleaner formula without the extra fillers or artificial junk that some other brands sneak in. One of the biggest wins for me is how easy it is on the stomach. I’ve had whey proteins that cause bloating, but this one digests really well and feels light. I’ve been using it consistently for a few weeks now, and it’s been great as a post-workout shake or even just to bump up my daily protein. Yes, it’s a bit pricier than some whey powders, but for the quality and how good I feel using it, I think it’s worth it. If you’re looking for a clean, great-tasting protein that’s easy on digestion, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try.

If you’re looking for something that mixes well this is it! I mix this in a shaker cup with almond milk and some organic PB2 for some extra protein and it’s delicious! No clumps. No after taste. The tub it comes in is a bit of a waste with the amount that’s actually in it. Cons: Pricy & only 10 servings per container.

Xantham gum is all I can say. If you have digestive issues such as prior history with diverticulitis DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT. I took it for the first time last night and here I am at 4am thinking about the ER but I’ll wait. I’ve been eating perfectly and added this to my diet and I so regret it. Plus it’s non-returnable. BE CAREFUL.
