first the product wouldn't even un wind the lousy stiff cord . if you plan to keep this machine upright you best unwind it as best you can before you turn it on. my biggest beef if the lousy power it has . i put the yellow head on and got within an inch of my siding and all the dirt was still there !!! terrible power. If your looking for power or to actually take any dirt off something , this isn't for you ! Worse part is I can't even return it because my wife got this for me as a Christmas gift and now it's April so TS buddy ,it's yours. !They say to call them but i ahven't seen a number to call ans so there goes the customer service as well. run away people !! ... show more

I really didn’t think a whole lot about it until he finally got it out to power wash his vehicle. He cannot get it to work and I believe it was a dud. I am a little disappointed.
