The Mr. Sandman Weighted Blanket is a great option for a weighted blanket. The price is very reasonable and I find it to be good quality for the money I spent on it, and I have been using it for a year with no rips, tears, or bead leakage. The bubble minky is a pleasant texture, and if you are sensory seeking like myself, the texture and weight will probably be enjoyable to you - I found it very enjoyable and the weight helped me have a much more comfortable, easy time drifting off to sleep. The back is less remarkable but still very soft to the touch. It fit well on my twin-size bed but don't expect much overhang. The size worked fine for me but only barely drapes over the edges of the bed. Weight distribution is decent, but I find in practice the beads will definitely accumulate to one side or another, and you will have to readjust it to make the distribution more even again. Color is as pictured, but mine is grey, so I cannot speak to how accurate the other colors are - likewise the blanket itself looks just like it did in the pictures shown on the product page. ... show more

My hubby and I recently purchased this in the full/queen size. It is definitely worth the money. Good quality, soft, breathable, and feels so snug. I absolutely sleep so much better with it on me. I didn’t move or roll around at all the first night. My 8 yea told also loves it so we will be buying her one too. It’s like a warm hug to go to sleep. This this is beautiful, soft, amazing. It was weird to get used to at first but I really love it now, it definitely helps me sleep and helps tame some of my restless leg. I had wanted to get the 12lb in the green color originally but they were out, so I got 15. Truthfully 12 would be more appropriate for my weight, but even at 15, it IS heavy if you pick it all up at once, but I like that it's very weighted for my body. I would recommend it for sure. Oh my goodness! Definitely worth every inch of this blanket! I originally had a 5lb weighted blanket that I got from Walmart, it became old and no longer weighed down. I went searching on Amazon and found these guys! It hugs you! It's warm (it's extremely hot here in Texas) it definitely will help in the winter lol it definitely cool feeling as well! This blanket puts me to sleep instantly! It's definitely not a 2 person blanket but I plan on getting everyone in my house one! The color matches! I got the light grey one.
