You honestly can't go wrong with this set. It has absoltuley everything you need to get all set up for an at home gym except for the filling in the heavy bag (obviously I'd hope people know this lol) the material all seems to be heavy duty without any complaints of quality so far. The gloves aren't anything special but they work and get the job done to get swinging from day 1. I love all the extra little things they added like the forearm gripper machine the head balls and jump rope but it seems that I didn't receive the wrist wraps that are in the main advertisement picture which is a bit of a bummer but thankfully I have plenty already to stay safe when hitting the bag. If you haven't set up stuff like this before make sure to watch a YouTube video of how to hang heavy bags properly as if you don't it will end very badly to say the least. Time will tell how good the quality is but so far after a month of hitting on it almost daily it has held up wonderfully( I'm 6'2 260lbs and have boxed most of my life) definitely would recommend this to anyone just looking to add a little flare to the corner of their at home gym or someone looking to get their first heavy bag this things great! ... show more

I used to box when I was in high school, and have missed just being able to get lots of time punching a heavy bag. This set is a wildly affordable heavy bag and THEN some. The gloves are decent, though I suppose they will wear out a little faster than professional ones. Still, they aren't overly stiff, and the padding feels right. Anyone who has boxed will know what I mean by it isn't a box of feathers and it isn't tape and prayer. It feels more like a slightly smaller amateur style glove. I'm super happy with this purchase, and the only thing I need now is a stand to hang the bag from, since the one I'm using I borrowed and I'm a renter, so I'm not willing to attach it to the ceiling. ... show more

My nephew is getting into working out and building his body up. He likes to box and punch bags so this was the perfect gift. It came unfilled so you had to fill it with sand, which is a pain, I'd admit. It set came with a lot of stuff so it really has everything you need. You really have to work at putting everything together and hanging it up. It wasn't an easy task but it wasn't a hard task either, just need to set time aside and concentrate. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this set for the price. The bag is really heavy duty, the gloves seem great too. Our teens love love love this set and are having a blast punching and kicking it, it gets them off the devices and offers some great exercise for them and a positive outlet for any pent up feelings.....The instructions are in the box for how to easily fill the bag. Love the thick sturdy material. PU leather. Had to cross out "King" though and replace with QUEEN! 😄 It's great that you get the accessories with it not just the mount to hang it. Surprised at the quality of this. Very nice, and great for a gift. It doesn't come in a gifting box but everything that it comes with is well worth the price, its good quality and easy to install and use. Everything you need is there except the sand to fill the bag.
