Everything came in good condition. We filled the bag with a bed topper that was made out of foam. It filled the bag perfectly and as the foam expanded it it stretched the bag and it looks perfect. We use it almost everyday.

I kickbox for fitness and weightloss. After catching pneumonia I realized that I needed some equipment at home for when I can't make it to class. The quality isn't even close to the equipment at the kickboxing gym, but I didn't expect it to be. I expect this set to last a couple of years before falling apart. I'm a renter, so I have to figure out how to hang the punching bag without damaging my ceiling. Several YouTube videos explain this well. This set a great start for beginners.

Unfortunately, a couple of years ago our old punching bag's strap gave out and we hadn't been able to replace it for a while. It's nice to be able to find a set everything you need. These straps are rust-proof steel chain, which means it will hopefully withstand the outdoor environment. The gloves fit comfortably and the other tools are useful for training. Everything included in the set is very basic so perfect for beginners. Once you're ready to move up, you can upgrade some of the items like the grip tool and the gloves. We did not need to use the piece that connects to the beam because ours is set up outside and we just attached it to the previous piece.

We got this for our basement workout area and it's perfect for us. It was easy to install on one of the rafters and is a nice, heavy bag. The accessories it comes with aren't the greatest, but it's good to get you started, and we ended up giving the gloves to one of our sons so he could join in the fun too! It's a nice set for a beginner and great for an at home bag.

I wonder how many Vine Voice reviewers actually test out these products, after reading some from them I can tell you that some of them don't because they didn't try to actually install the equipment and use it as one reviewer admitted. As you can see from the pictures these were the only instructions found in the package for installing this punching bag. First and most importantly the measurements ( as I've found out the hard way) are metric and not standard, the measurement for U.S. For someone with little to no know how on how to install something like this this would be impossible for the to follow. I was able to deduce what to do from pictures and my general knowledge. The anchors provided are very poor quality and even when using metric drill bits and after hammering in the screws with the anchors and after tightening the screws the anchor falls out easily with little weight applied to it. Would be much better off just using 4 wood screws instead of the hardware provided. Let's talk about the product and the material used. For the price point the quailty on the gloves not that great, the punching bag itself however is pretty decent and I can see lasting a long time. That's the only real quality piece that comes with this, everything is is cheap. For the what you get and the lack of real instructions I would not recommend this. You can make this kit work but you're better off just buying a punching bag and getting the hardware yourself, this kit doesn't offer much.
