It worked with the second set, the first attempt failed but customer service was awesome! They sent me a replacement module and wiring harness free of charge. The install was just as outlined on the site, some 20 minutes or so. Three plugs connect to the truck BCM plus 4 connections to the All in Module. The programming of the module and on the PC is very straight forward. Unfortunately, the first module didn't respond as per the instructions and I had to reset and reboot a couple of times. The second one worked as intended right out of the box. I was able to hide the wiring and module above the emergency brake. Happy with my purchase and service!

This is a good product so far, but it wasn’t painless. It started with not being able to download the software to program the module, which I wanted to do before I even started the installation. Tried to do this on 4 different computers over the course of 3 days with no luck. I was going to call MPC, but they are closed on weekends. I then looked up the software company (fortin.ca) and they are closed on weekends too. Kinda screwed up my install plans, but not the fault of the product. Monday morning I call Fortin, and find out they had website issues and they emailed me the software link. FINALLY, I got my software for programming. This was the ONLY issue I had with the whole process. It is plug and play. Read the directions multiple times and write down a cheat sheet for your plugs, led light sequence, ignition on/off. It helped me while I was in the truck. Programming the Fortin Evo on the computer was easy…. Just follow the directions which you will want to have pulled up on your phone as you use your computer. Go back to your truck, plug in the black terminal without the locking tab first, white 20 pin, red , then the small white terminal. Shut the door, 3 clicks on the lock button, started right up. My fob also was able to unlock the doors on my truck. Pressing the brake pedal will stop the remote start as well as clicking lock 3 more times. Also, keep in mind that your climate control will not heat/cool based on outdoor temps like a higher trim level truck would. It will do whatever you last had it set to. Hope this helps.

best money ive spent since i don't have to go outside to warm my truck up anymore. i live in ohio. i had a small problem programming it i emailed customer service and i got an answer in 5 minutes and they fixed it for me. some cables have the same end on it and wont allow it to go all the way in programmer just shave the tabs and itll go in.

My wife & sons got this as a birthday gift for myself. I love it!! Use it every opportunity. Very easy installing on our 2019 Silverado LD Custom. Plug & Play; just simply match colors with colors and follow the sequence from the instructions. Please keep in mind that with sequential patterns, it may take a few times. Follow the instructions to the key! Make sure that you have a computer/laptop that has the most recent updates. At very least, have a back up plan and ask a buddy. You’ll have to download the firmware, create your vehicle profile and such on the computer. Realistically did not take that long, but follow the instructions step by step; picture by picture.

I had difficulty installing and programming with the included instructions, but tech support came though for me. The remote starter works great, but the install, and programming on my laptop was too difficult to give it 5 stars.
