Physical damage or damage due to improper installation will void the manufacturer's warranty. Within the first year you can contact us for warranty issues. The product must be returned to us at the customer's expense in order for us to perform warranty service. After the first year, warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer. The manufacturer will require a receipt from the original purchase. Product specific warranty information will be included with the product packaging. I installed this on my 2020 Nissan Rogue S. It was not difficult to do but can look intimidating at first. I searched for a YouTube video on how to install it and I came across a video of someone installing a similar auto start. The steps were roughly the same except for the programming. So I was able to learn how to remove the lower steering column panel and the side panel where the fuses go. For anyone reading this, it's very important your remove these panel delicately. They are clipped in and as always, the clips are not removable or replaceable. They are molded into the panel. I broke 1 clip and I was gentle. The install is extremely easy, and the car starts up after I click the lock button 3 times, and turns off if I click the lock button 3 times. The only thing that seemed a bit odd to me if that when I turn the car off from the fob, the gear selector light stays illuminated for 2 minutes and 58 seconds exactly. Im waiting on correspondence from MPC to confirm if this is normal behavior. Also, something else I noticed is that the wire used to connect the PC to the auto start unit, that wire has a clip connector and it doesn't natively fit into the auto start unit. I got mine on but I didn't secure it correctly because of that clip. I wedged it in, and when I saw it was making connection, and the pins were not bent, that was good enough for me. Installed on a 2016 Rouge…20 mins. Very good instructions. Worse part of the installation was getting myself positioned to reach up in the dash. Works great with original FOB…push the lock button 3 times to start.

Instructions were a bit weird on how to hook it to the computer. Plug in the programmer let it do it's thing then plug in the module that goes into the car and it will work. 30 min install. Works as described. Would buy this again. Local shop said it would cost $400.
