Misleading. I own an auto repair shop with access to wiring diagrams and nothing in their instructions is accurate and helpful. I’d never recommend this so called plug and play remote start to anyone as it’s not plug and play. No one answers there phone for customer service. The instructions are inadequate.

Very good customer service. Have no doubt in purchasing if your concern is getting help. I was replied to next-business day with thoughtful and precise assistance. The instructions look a little daunting at first, but if you settle yourself and give them a good read, the wiring diagrams for what you have to splice are actually very clear and it isn't that big of a deal. I think we've been so accustomed to watching a video, we are losing the ability to translate written directions into action. Pay attention to your starting method. It is not obvious in the body of the listings, but it is in the title if you look past the ellipses of the title.

This is the second remote start I have bought and installed from MPC. Least complex install out of all the remote starts I have ever installed. Tip sheets are fantastic and very easy to follow. Plug and play harness for some of it, which is easy to tie up out of the way of any moving parts such as the steering column and all trim panels. I did have one module show up with a relay stuck on so the vehicle would not turn off but MPC was very quick with assistance in replacing that module. I have definitely made them my #1 choice, even for our customer vehicles. Keep up the good work!!

Install with there custom instructions is pretty good. I installed on a 2014 Elantra, apparently that is one of the more complicated ones to do. I did not install any of the "optional" stuff, ie: the lights, the hood switch and valet button. So it was a lot less wiring. All I did was install the plug that went into ignition. splice two wires into the obdII plug, and two wires into the back of the fuse panel. so only 4 wires really. I did have to call tech support because there are two very similar plugs in the back of fuse panel that both had green and orange wires right next to each other. The tech support was spot on and noticed my mistake right away. I highly recommend, the wife is super happy to have this for the winter!!

Item was delivered as advertised. I did not heed the warning that this was for people that more advanced on handling wiring for a vehicle. However, they had a list of installers for my area and I found one at a reasonable cost to do the installation for me and it worked like a charm.

Definitivamente, es una oferta engañosa, te dice que es de facil instalación, y no es así! Debes ser un técnico especializado, la numeración de los pines y el color de los cables no coinciden con el mostrado en la instrucciones, las fotografías fueron tomadas de otro vehículo, que no corresponde a las del producto solicitado. Definitivamente es dinero tirado a la basura, no compres este producto. Pedí el reembolso de mi dinero completo, y me obligaron a pagar el monto de devolución. 👎👎👎👎

Paid extra to have it customized and received the Keychain with NO customization, looked bigger in the photos, I thought if anything would come with more like SHOWN, but clearly didn't. Not happy, feeling very ripped off. Smh, won't be getting anymore of my money, and this is the 3rd item from my order that was messed up, incorrect, or just straight up disappointing. Not sure ehowuch longer I'll be using Amazon, the service has clearly went down.
