Physical damage or damage due to improper installation will void the manufacturer's warranty. Within the first year you can contact us for warranty issues. The product must be returned to us at the customer's expense in order for us to perform warranty service. After the first year, warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer. The manufacturer will require a receipt from the original purchase. Product specific warranty information will be included with the product packaging. The product is warranted to the end user, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the provided date of purchase, to the original purchaser of the product. This is the second remote start I have bought and installed from MPC. Least complex install out of all the remote starts I have ever installed. Tip sheets are fantastic and very easy to follow. Plug and play harness for some of it, which is easy to tie up out of the way of any moving parts such as the steering column and all trim panels. I did have one module show up with a relay stuck on so the vehicle would not turn off but MPC was very quick with assistance in replacing that module. I have definitely made them my #1 choice, even for our customer vehicles. Keep up the good work!! ... show more

Definitivamente, es una oferta engañosa, te dice que es de facil instalación, y no es así! Debes ser un técnico especializado, la numeración de los pines y el color de los cables no coinciden con el mostrado en la instrucciones, las fotografías fueron tomadas de otro vehículo, que no corresponde a las del producto solicitado. Definitivamente es dinero tirado a la basura, no compres este producto. Pedí el reembolso de mi dinero completo, y me obligaron a pagar el monto de devolución. 👎👎👎👎 ... show more

    • Works great, very difficult for amateurs to install
Item was delivered as advertised. I did not heed the warning that this was for people that more advanced on handling wiring for a vehicle. However, they had a list of installers for my area and I found one at a reasonable cost to do the installation for me and it worked like a charm.

    • Remote Start
Let me start by saying customer service is exceptional. I used the customer service number multiple times because the directions aren’t the best. You will have to splice some wires (Not the preferred method). My vehicle will not allow me to use the unlock button after remote start so I have to manually unlock the car. No big deal unless it’s raining. I purchased a kit from another manufacturer for my other vehicle which is plug-n-play (5 plug connections). Other than splicing wires and not being able to use the unlock feature (Hyundai Issue, Not MPC), it’s a good kit. And as initially stated, customer service is there for you. P.S- don’t be intimidated by the amount of wires. You won’t need all of them. Update: My vehicle shuts off after 1 minute and the personalization setting will not change for some reason. This kit is now useless for me. ... show more

    • need to unlock with key after remote starting
Install with there custom instructions is pretty good. I installed on a 2014 Elantra, apparently that is one of the more complicated ones to do. I did not install any of the "optional" stuff, ie: the lights, the hood switch and valet button. So it was a lot less wiring. All I did was install the plug that went into ignition. splice two wires into the obdII plug, and two wires into the back of the fuse panel. so only 4 wires really. I did have to call tech support because there are two very similar plugs in the back of fuse panel that both had green and orange wires right next to each other. The tech support was spot on and noticed my mistake right away. I highly recommend, the wife is super happy to have this for the winter!! ... show more

    • Good with restrictions
I love having remote start now but there are some downsides to this. I am used to hearing my car make a beep when I lock it. I have to lock it twice to hear the beep and am used to just spamming my lock button which now will start my car lol -- that's a me problem. Also, I can't use my unlock button once the car is remote started, I have to put my key in and manually unlock the drivers side. Not that big of a deal but it is kind of annoying. You can buy a spare fob so you can have full access to your car fob but its like $50 which is annoying. Also when I get into my car, I like to lock it right away. You can't do this. You have to put the key in and put the car in a different gear to be able to lock the doors. which bothers me because I feel less safe. Those are the biggest downsides, but the automatic start works great and heats up my car quickly. ... show more
