I appreciated the fact that fewer connections were required than I originally believed. The Tip Sheet was the most valuable aid in the process although some parts were a bit vague, especially the optional need for the brake wire connection. It should have been made more clear in the Tip Sheet that the brake wire connection was only necessary if the brake override failed to work. The only reference was a sticker on a purple wire indicating not to connect unless the brake failed to shutdown without a written explanation. Also, at least with my wife's 2004 Suburban you needed to be a contortionist (which I am not), to get to the connecting wires. Take care during the "buttoning up" process to not stress any of the connections.

Instructions clear and easy to follow. My only advise when splicing into ignition wires in steering column, splice as far down the harness (meaning down the steering column), and not as close to were the harness plugs into ignition switch (as the picture n the instructions seems to show). Too many wires and makes it difficult for steering column covers to snap back and hold together. I paired it with their remote start app/hardware. Great setup. People wondering difficulty: if your an automotive novice, find a friend to help you out. Mild skills you’ll be alright.

Worked for a couple days after installation and hasn't worked since. Security light came on in car and I checked for codes and tried unhooking and resetting but it still doesn't work. Sucks to be out the time and money spent on something that doesn't work!!
