TLDR: These are great earbuds for those who want a smooth professional looking set of earbuds that deliver amazing sound without the need for phone apps and complex equalizers. Case design provides a very solid and smooth platform for safety and charging, though some may have difficulty removing the earbuds for use. Long and involved review full of personal bias and opinions: This is probably the best earbuds I've had to date. With previous earbuds I've had better sound, or longer battery life, or better range, or better comfort, or more options, but I've honestly never had the best balance of all of those things in one set of earbuds. First off, no App necessary. Sure, apps are great to twink things and adjust EQ's, but they also cause almost more problems than they create solutions. The sound from these are very good, very balanced. Bass is there when it needs to be, highs the same thing. The first set of buds that I haven't felt the need to twink the sound in a long time. I find that the sound is very well balanced. On occasion I miss the bass, but I've found that it depends on what the music emphasizes. On songs that have bass, the bass is STRONG. but most songs don't do this, so if you're looking for greater flexibility or control on the sound, this may not be your thing. Style: very modern and smooth. you may not think about it, but how the earbuds are designed go a long ways towards comfort and feel. these are simply and direct. you know where the buttons are, where the speakers are. They also don't look like alien growths coming out of your ears. very sleek and modern feel and appearance. I would not feel bad wearing these in a meeting with Director or above level representatives. Grey/black tone design fits well with most professional environments. Case: I can't tell you how many earbuds I've had that were great buds but ruined by the case design. the design here is great: magnetic closure is sound with a nice click, buds are secure and charge easily. Its the only case I've had in 4 different setups that I actually liked. the buds are very secure in the case. Some people have mentioned difficulty getting them out of the case. if you just use your index finger and thumb, and position them above the buds and squeeze and pull together, they come out easily. but they are very secure in the case, some consider this a bad, I consider it good. Function: very easy to understand and simple to use. unlike many other buds, they use simple push buttons at the top of the earbuds. I LIKE THIS. I hate having to constantly tap an earbud wondering if it's actually working as intended or not. 2 buttons, simple operations listed in the manual. stable, strong, secure. I like it. Cons: I feel it's important to list some cons, as all products have them. So here it is: Although I love how they fit into the case, they are a deep and tight fits. some people have problems pulling them out. they're cylindrical in design: grab the cylinder between thumb and forefinger and squeeze as you pull up, I never had issues doing it this way. Lack of equalizer and phone app may irritate some people, but the sound balance is so good IMO that it isn't needed. these are earbuds for people who want to insert and go. When using for work as a mic, I tend to like to have only one bud in, and it seems a bit finicky when trying to get it to recognize that you want it to work as speaker and earbud when you only have one earbud in. I have to put both in initially, then pull one out, and it works fine. otherwise, people can't hear me on my meetings. I may find settings that fix this, but in the meantime, it seems like an extra step that doesn't need to be there. that's it. I'm looking for other negatives, haven't found them. Unless your a high end audiophile and want that specific level of control, these earbuds are amazing and do the job +10 ... show more

The marketing sold me, the ear buds kept me. The sound quality, noise cancelation, and multiple modes is unmatched at this price. This is my second pair because the first pair fell in a lake. Not that I was too sad as I decided to upgrade the thr newest version. The packaging was high quality, the standard ear bud size was perfect for me but it comes with options if you need them. These ear buds stay in place weather I'm trail running, cycling down hill at 30mph and while heavy lifting in the gym. The build quality is excellent. The phone call charity is incredible on both ends regardless of atmosphere. The shape is a bit clunky but that would be my only negative. So I purchased these headphones back in April of 2024 and the first pair I had worked flawlessly, I loved the style of the headphones, the case, how they felt in the ears, the customer service (we will get to that in a second) Pairing the headphones is really simple, just like any other set of headphones, pair it to the phone first, then when you download the app, the app has to connect to the headphones for you to use the equalizer. Now for me, the bass side of the equalizer was lacking. What you would expect bass to sound like, it did not do that. I was hoping to experience more of that annoying car vibrating bass you here with those annoying kids on the highway but it didn't change anything. Now I know I'm over exaggerating but the point I'm trying to get across is that I was expecting a change and I didn't get that. I fiddled with the equalizer and can make the everything deeper but can't make it sound just right. I know that's user error so I just have to play with it some more to figure out what I like. Moving on to how they felt in my ears. I had to swap the tip and the pad to the medium size to fit my ears. They do a wonderful job of reducing noise by themselves without ANC if you have them fitted correctly. I'll wear them while I work which is often 8+ hours and I never experience ear fatigue like I have with other earphones. And yes they last my whole shift when they are fully charged. Just like with anything that's rechargeable you need to make sure and only charge them when they are almost dead or you'll lose battery capacity faster. Getting back on track to how they feel and how they react to movement. I'm moving all day, manual labor, and they are pretty good at staying in the ears. The only time I have trouble is when I am really sweating and they get slippery and want to slide out but I just wipe them off and my ear and then were good Maybe I just need to move to the next size up in ear tips. Now the customer service is phenomenal! I managed to break my first pair which I attached a picture showing what happened. I actually didn't do anything other then pulled the least earbud out of my ear and it just separates on me. I took it off very carefully and it looked like it didn't have enough glue maybe?? I'm not sure, I was able to put it back together but it still came apart. I contacted their customer service department and they sent out a replacement without any questions and I got it within 10 days. I got the new ones set up and used them for about the same time frame and the same thing happened to the same side!?!? Have no idea what it's about but i contacted them telling them it did the same thing and they sent a replacement again without any questions. All they asked in return was to send back the last pair that broke so they can determine what's going on with them. I don't drop the case or the headphones, and I don't have them in a bag where they can get crushed. I'm not sure what's going on other than not enough glue?? But they were quick to get them replaced which is fantastic and 5 stars on their part. Just 4 stars on the because of the bass thing, but like I said maybe it's just user error? TBD ... show more
