  • International shipment is so fast (to South Korea)
Within 1 week :) What I have experienced is that the range of international shipment rate is so wide from within 1 week to longer that 2 months. I strongly recommend this store for international buyers who want to meet the items ASAP. In terms of the package quality? First class, too.

  • Gold for the Intermediate Mozart Pianist
Another worthwhile addition to this fine series. As usual, the physical product is impressive, with high quality cream colored pages that don't have much bleed through. The engravings are very clear, dark and easy to read. This series comes very close in quality to Henle's books, but at a fraction of the cost. As usual, the accompanying performance notes and CD set this apart for the amateur, giving far more guidance than a standard work does. If you are taking lessons from a qualified instructor, the need for these aids might not be so acute, but for the self-taught player like myself they are invaluable. The works themselves are well known. Originally works for three wind instruments, they were transcribed, with some major reordering of movements, for piano in the early 1800's. This edition by C. Harding is based on a 1959 edition by Prostakoff, and attempts to bring some of the charm of the original back while keeping notation in line w/ that which pianists are used to. I am not an expert at all in the many editions of these sonatinas, but I can say that this edition is enjoyable to play, and sounds very 'Mozartian', so I think that most would be very happy with it. These sonatinas are very worthwhile on their own merits, and also make great stepping stones to the more difficult Mozart sonatas. Enjoy! ... show more
