I use this bike every single day. It is my only transportation. It's very quick and reliable. I go through traffic with it. I can go anywhere on this bike. It would even ride straight up a tree if you asked it to, just kidding. I've had it a couple months now and I couldn't be happier with it every part on it is tap quality it is an excellent investment. I would recommend this back to anybody. It was almost completely put together when I got it as well and very easy to assemble I'm a woman and not very mechanically inclined but it was very easy for me. And has two batteries and definitely would go several towns over at least probably 100 miles on one charge and a charged is very quickly I can't say enough good things about this bike I'm more than happy with it. Oh yeah the suspension is amazing I love the smooth ride. It looks high tech and almost like space age everybody comments on it everywhere I go they think that it's a lot more valuable than it than I actually paid for it that's for sure. Very well made and durable for any conditions. I have already put 20 miles on it. And it’s very smooth and faster than it was listed. I was expecting it not to have so much power considering I am 320 pounds. But I took it on the highway and almost went 40 miles an hour. I use it to commute daily back-and-forth to work and is very reliable. I ridden it until battery was almost completely dead and it never lost power. I will say the only thing I disliked was a little rattle noise. It makes when the suspension is being used to go over bumpy terrain. Everything else about the bike was perfect. For the price and quality I would totally recommend this for even a beginner e-bike rider. Full disclosure warning I am a little over 6 foot. And this bike was almost too tall for me to get on. And this bike does come with a lot of additions that aren’t listed, which is a big plus and they are good quality as well. It came with a full set of tools to adjust everything and assemble. It came with a bicycle pump. A cell phone rack. A combination bike walk that can be set to any combination. Extra tubes for your tires. extra nuts and bolts just in case you lose any. I also got a rack to mount on the front for a basket or cargo. This product was also packaged with regards for eye care. When it got here, the package was torn up pretty bad by the delivery company, but the bike was untouched on the inside with how much protection came with it. I will say all around the company thought of everything with his bike. All the way down to comfort all the way up to quality. they got everything right with his bike. ... show more

Great bike and very sturdy built. This is not a lightweight unit, but one that is well put together. Perfect to carry on a rack on the back of our motorhome, not just for getting around the campground, but if there are bike paths available, take them into town and about. With both batteries, I have yet to run them down with 81 miles on the clock. It runs EXACTLY 34.2 mph. Room to put a basket on the front rack. I'm truly impressed. ... show more

Stay away from this bike too many issues right from the beginning first was the LCD screen was bad reached out to the seller. He did get back to me but dragged it out just long enough to get past the 30 days. Amazon won’t do anything about it the second problem is a bunch of rear spokes broke on the rear hub without hitting anything realize the spokes are really low quality and couldn’t handle the torque of the motorThird problem front forks are out of alignment, which I don’t know how that can happen because they’re welded so that that worries me did the weld break The tires are complete garbage they were worn right away. The seller did respond to my inquiries, but is now asking me to break the bike completely down box it up and take a bunch of pictures before they will send me a prepaid to send it back in hopes that I get my money back this is 100 pound item and I don’t have the original box because it was huge and we all know you can never repack something the same way came from the factory with ties all over it. Update: beaware that the seller will take forever to respond or send parts to push it past the 30 days i just got a message that they will not replace or return due to being past 30 days even though i have proof i started a refund 12 days after owning the bike and i did get parts from them to try and fix the bike but they were either wrong or broken on item was used and bent and cracked the rear rim assembly ... show more

Pictures don’t do it justice. This bike is awesome. Sturdy, performs well. I’ve topped it out about 34mph and rides smooth. The batteries seem to last forever. I rode over 30 miles last night and only dropped one bar. Definitely worth the money. If you’re on the fence—get this one. We bought 3 others at the same time as this one and paid $300-400 more for the others—none come near the quality of this one. ... show more
