I ordered the Movcan v30Promax. Quality of the bike in this price range has been awesome except perhaps the quality of the instruction manual. The thing is built like a tank, and weighs like one, so it's more like a motorcycle than a bike. Although the instructions for assembly were poor, assembly was easy and straightforward, and most reasonably clever persons probably could put it together without much instruction at all. The quality of packing and speed of shipping was great. Although this bike is probably aimed at experienced ebike mountain bike riders, it might have been helpful for others if a booklet were available that goes into the intricacies of operation (setting pedal assist, using the throttle when starting, and stopping, dealing with extreme changes in topography and road conditions, etc.). I guess this is all learned by doing. However, if certain things are stressed right at the beginning it might prevent the number of "fallovers" like I have had, one of which resulted in major damage. The quality of support has been really good. I've had to lean on support a couple of times and they were always fast to respond to my emails and extremely helpful. The support people are ready to bend over backward helping with a major damage situation even if it's the rider's responsibility. Too many other times when I've contacted support they never were able to really understand the problem.

It's a good bike and it's fast. The only downside is the kickstand does not mean far enough. It caused my bike to fall over causing damage to the brake handle. Now it's in the shop being repaired.

Bought this bike (v30promax -dual battery/dualmotor) February 1st 2025 and rode it for fun mostly but recently have been riding it as my daily rider for commuting. The first thing I’ll say is put ORANGE or any type of tire sealant because changing the tubes is a pain in the butt. I put orange one time and have had zero issues since. I have done a lot of things with the bike. It’s not meant for off roading completely but can handle very mild and easy trails. I’ve taken it to the beach and rode on the shoreline it handled that great. It’s very comfortable. The battery lasts forever. It’s been a year and it’s still doing very well with a slight decrease in battery life but it’s expected with time. If you want to be able to go farther you can’t ride on the max speed. Going 37.5 mph (max speed) I got 40 miles out of it. When I stayed at 15-20 mph I can get 70+ miles I haven’t fully tested it in one long ride but I charge it once every other week after doing regular commuting. Don’t ever ride it dead because the bike weighs 100 pounds so it’s really hard. Sometimes it makes noises and idk why or what the issue is but it still runs without flaw. Transporting the bike is also not easy because of its weight. You’ll need to get a bike rack that can support that much. If not then putting it in your big trunk will work but be very very careful how you lay it down or the weight can bend and break things. My brake lever is bent but not broken because I accidentally laid it. The gears on the bike are honestly pointless. I’ve never touched them. The screen is great always visible and clear no matter if it’s day or night. I recommend getting the stem phone mount from mous because there’s not a lot of handlebar room for a phone mount. And also figure out a way to bring a water bottle. I have saddle bags for it or I’ll bring my backpack. Honestly recommend this bike already convinced my sister to get one and she loves it. She got the dual battery single motor version. It’s a great deal for the price and lasts if you take just basic care of it.

The media could not be loaded. I can tell you it’s for speed and comfort. It’s not for kids. It’s a bike that you can buy to move you around very fast and easy cost me a lot, but worth it. I recommend this bike 100%.
