Obsessed with this bike!! Shipping I asked some questions about the dual battery version but placed my order for the single battery. The seller noticed my name and reached out to inquire to be sure I wanted the single battery. This delayed the shipping but I really appreciated them checking. Once it was shipped I got it in 3 days! Speed My husband was so surprised by how much fun my bike is. I’m 120 lbs but it’s still quick with my husband on it (165 lbs). It has torque, slows down some at the top end but PLENTY fast for me and I’m sure most people. The different levels (1-5) affect the power and top speed. Level 0 is pedal only. Super easy to understand Assembly Assembly took 40 minutes for me doing it alone. Easy for the most part and they give you all of the tools needed. There are hidden bolts to remove the piece in step 2 (not in instructions) so don’t waste your energy trying to pull it off first like I did. My tire wasn’t beaded properly after I inflated so I had to deflate entirely and rebead. After that it was fine. Make sure you check this. Interface Interface is high quality, colored and easy to understand. The manual is simple and doesn’t overcomplicate things Looks and quality This thing is built SO well. I didn’t find one spot that seemed cheap. Looks awesome on the road. It even has a running LED light in addition to the bright headlight! I bought a rear rack that was meant for a Grom. I just used self tapping screws and screwed it in where the seat bolts usually go. Super sturdy and will be perfect to carry my chihuahua in her basket. Also ladies with short legs like me - this bike seat is shorter than a lot of cafe racer style e bikes out there which is great. I’m still on my toes when I’m stopped but I can’t imagine if I went for the others that are 4+ inches higher. I’m 5’4” Cons The only cons are the brakes and tires. If you’re concerned about stopping on a dime then get the hydraulic brake version. I knew what I was signing up for, so just going to drive safe and give myself extra stopping time. The tires feel a little thin but you can get high quality replacement tires for $100. Even if you replace the tires this bike is still worth the money, so that review complaining about the flat tire is a little illogical haha. Haven’t tested range yet. Will update when I do. Overall, GET THIS BIKE!!

This has been a great bike until today. I have had so much fun on this bike however today I was riding and the bike died on me. It now has an error code and won’t run. I had to peddle the bike all the way home. Peddling a bike isn’t bad except for the fact that this bike is very heavy and not like a normal bike. I will contact MovCan and see what they do to assist me. I have had this bike less than a month now.

My son loves this bike. It wasn't too hard to assemble. You need 2 people for stability obviously but other than that, easy. It comes with tools, extra break pads and everything you need for assembly. It gets to about 23 mph without any modifications. Nothing about it wasn't as described, it fits all of thw stats and we've had it for about 6 months now and its still running great.

Very well made and durable for any conditions. I have already put 20 miles on it. And it’s very smooth and faster than it was listed. I was expecting it not to have so much power considering I am 320 pounds. But I took it on the highway and almost went 40 miles an hour. I use it to commute daily back-and-forth to work and is very reliable. I ridden it until battery was almost completely dead and it never lost power. I will say the only thing I disliked was a little rattle noise. It makes when the suspension is being used to go over bumpy terrain. Everything else about the bike was perfect. For the price and quality I would totally recommend this for even a beginner e-bike rider. Full disclosure warning I am a little over 6 foot. And this bike was almost too tall for me to get on. And this bike does come with a lot of additions that aren’t listed, which is a big plus and they are good quality as well. It came with a full set of tools to adjust everything and assemble. It came with a bicycle pump. A cell phone rack. A combination bike walk that can be set to any combination. Extra tubes for your tires. extra nuts and bolts just in case you lose any. I also got a rack to mount on the front for a basket or cargo. This product was also packaged with regards for eye care. When it got here, the package was torn up pretty bad by the delivery company, but the bike was untouched on the inside with how much protection came with it. I will say all around the company thought of everything with his bike. All the way down to comfort all the way up to quality. they got everything right with his bike.

Came 2 days early!!! Amazing quality for this money! Came from California, little effort to assemble, tires rubber needs to be adjusted before You inflate, paint job is kind week on some parts !!! And I did tightened up ALL-the bolts and every connection around - just to be sure !!! But everything looks safe and solid to me ! Again!!! Les than $600 !!! With shipping and tax !!!

This bike is great! Handling is perfect, speed is wonderful. The only thing I would change would be the battery life. I ride the bike to work and every where I need to go. Sometimes the battery will be too low to get me back home from work (3 miles) and to the store. Overall, it's a really good and sturdy bike.

This bike is VERY heavy and the instructions for putting it together are terrible. It’s almost impossible to follow the directions. Luckily there are a few YouTube tutorials that I was able to follow and get it built. There is also no clear direction on the inner tire tube and whether it is needed for this specific bike or not. The bike is durable and sturdy.
