This is my second Movcan e-bike, and I can honestly say this company truly stands behind their products and customers. They don’t replace full e-bikes, but they absolutely make sure you’re taken care of with quick, kind, and reliable support. What really makes Movcan special is their customer service, especially Mia, who deserves a huge thank you. She has been incredible, helping me with a battery replacement, a new button panel, and even sending me two inner tubes to keep me on the road. Mia has been patient, kind, and professional the entire time. She always replies quickly and truly goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Before Mia, Lynn Lee, the Marketing and Sales Manager, helped me from the very beginning. He provided around four to six inner tubes, hydraulic brake pads, pedals, and tire resistance pads, along with discounts and very fast responses. Both Mia and Lynn have shown what real customer care looks like. Shipping is usually quick, and even during rare delays such as government or global slowdowns, or tariffs that affect exports from China, they always keep you updated and make sure parts arrive safely. Both of my Movcan bikes have been smooth, powerful, and dependable. Despite global shipping challenges, Movcan continues to offer great quality and world-class customer service. Update pt1.2.3, I ordered this bike on the 26th of April and it arrived on the 30th of April it got here very fast. There's a lot more pieces to assemble so it took a little bit more time than normal. I haven't had it that long I just got it so I'll be making an update in the future but so far so good. Pt 2 after two days of riding I noticed the bike is real squishy the suspension may need to be adjusted or maybe need a new suspension so take caution if you are heavy Rider. "It squeaks" Something. I don't understand I read a warning label that's on the bike that says do not at no time ride with two riders, but the bike come with pegs to put your feet on for a second Rider why is that? And there is a low beam of light that always have to stay on and I don't know why. I think that may affect the mileage. There is a soft saddle seat...but whatever texture they use to make the seat if you ride for a while your butt may need a break. I wish this bike has some type of indicator lights to let you know how much battery you have, it has a lightning bolt and depending on how much battery you got it will show the lightning bolt full up with a green color or red if it's dead. And this battery type is new to me so it's a little difficult putting it on the bike but so far that's all I have to say.pt 3 I've had this bike for almost a month now and I have to say the battery life on this bike sucks. If I go eight and a half miles on a full charge the battery will be on two bars. If you buy this bike prepare to have your charger handy you're going to need it. Unless you're featherweight. I haven't adjusted the suspension and enough bumps in the road the bike will start making a squeaky sound it'll go away but will return off and on. Now I understand why they sell a version that's too batteries I only got the one battery version. The tires are pretty cheap they'll start balding if you are consecutively writing it. What I don't understand is I bought a bike off Amazon it was a mountain e-bike in the power was 750w and I can get across the city and it'll still be on half. In fact I rolled around my whole city the small City. And I still had plenty of power left and that bike was cheaper than this one. And when I do get half of battery if I turn the bike off for long enough the battery will regenerate. This movcan bike takes a while to charge but the battery goes immediately. Feeling unsatisfied

But it shortly stopped and didn't give me any problems and I've been taking really good care of it but all of a sudden I tried to take it for a ride and the motor shuts off or it intermits be careful when purchase

I ordered the Movcan V30 Max with dual batteries and single motor. This bike is solid, much larger than expected and feels sturdy on the road. The seat is super comfortable for long rides and the dual battery is a must for distance. I’ve taken this thing 35 miles round trip on 5th gear without peddling and didn’t even run out of juice. I live near the beach, so this bike is great to get around. I take it into the city and it’s also extremely agile around the city streets. - Max Speed: 33 mph - Range on full throttle: ~40 mi (with peddling it is far more) - Cruise control ✅ - Great hydraulic breaks - Headlight - Tail light - Break lights - Loud electrical horn Also, Movcan has a very responsive customer service. I Love the MOVCAN v30 max really comfortable and cool design 😎 retro style And gets 32mph when fully charged my bike gets 34 . The four star review is for the pegs won't work with my big feet ill take em off in future. Batteries seem good ,longevity can be deceiving i full throttle it and I live in a windy area so I've yet to get over 55 miles. That being said I charge when under 50%. All in all im really glad I made the decision To get a movcan oh and you'll want to get mirror aswell. Kw
