We love our Mound Yeti 2. We have a boy in 10u and he was not getting the volume of pitches he needed. This machine is easy to set up. And extremely accurate. It is absolutely the real deal. It not only pitches him consistent pitches across the plate. I very easily turn it around and shoot him pop flies and ground balls. Because it's built so well it is not a light machine. I opted to buy a little extra rolling cart to move it around in. And that works perfect. This machine should stay with him through the rest of his baseball career. I recommend going ahead and spending the extra couple bucks to get this machine over the other brands that are cheaper. I do NOT regret my purchase. Thank you Mound Yeti ... show more

Bought this for my 13 year old grandson. I want it to last through high school. It is sturdy. I am happy with the machine and my grandson was too. The balls come out fast. Only thing I didnt like about it was it was not tall enough for the batting cage opening we had to put the machine in the cage. It would have been perfect if the legs were adjustable to make taller. Great machine for working on timing and positioning. Machine is fairly consistent at repetious pitching. Watched some kids make great strides in timing and feeling comfortable at the plate in only one day. They each took about 50-60 pitches and made good improvements. If your kid can practice at 50 balls a day for 2 weeks you'd be floored by their improvements and confidence. You can't day here or there. Put in the time. It's also great for fly and grounder training. Making a wireless ball feeder for it. IF it works out I'll come back and update with pics. ... show more
