I have 2 pairs of these. One for running and one for casual wear. I love them! So comfy! Plenary of room in the tow box, soft on the foot but not spongy or springy. Durability is still a question but I do trust new balance and their products. Have owned several and I just keep going back to them.

This is a great running shoe to run with. Because they are so affordable, I bought two pairs in order to rotate them throughout the week, but I liked them so much that I purchased one additional pair to use for work. My weekly mileage is nothing crazy--about 25-30 miles per week, and after putting over 100 miles on them they are still comfortable. Once I feel that I need to replace the ones I have, I will purchase the same shoes, or at least another NB shoe. I hate spending over $100 on a pair of running shoes, so I love the fact that this brand makes great running shoes that are affordable. I no longer buy any other brand of running shoes. They do run a bit small, for me anyway, so I have to buy a half-size bigger than I normally do with previous brands. ... show more

I read the reviews of these shoes and went ahead and took their advice. I normally wear 11.5 4E shoes in New Balance 623 and 624's. But I purchased a 12 4E with these shoes and they fit, they are not tight across my foot, but I don't think I would be able to fit into a 11.5. One thing to note is that I usually add gel heel inserts into my shoes to help with plantar fasciitis as well as support in how I walk. I still have to use them with these shoes, reason I have given the shoes 4 stars. I still feel I will have to add an insert in the future that will give better arch support, but for now, they are comfortable. ... show more

New balance really does make some great shoes. I have somewhat wide feet, but the regular width has been just fine. They’re easy to wear, clean really easy, and feel great when I’m on the go for a walk or while working.

The fit is very comfortable and the support is great. But, like the other NB shoe that I purchased 2 years ago, they are a very tight fit especially when trying to fit them over the instep of my feet. I have to loosen up practically all of the laces to fit them on. So length wise, they fit well but the height of my foot makes for a tight fit from top to bottom. Still a good buy for $50 bucks and I'm still wearing the previous pair that I purchased 2 years ago. Very durable shoe. ... show more
