Came packed as advertised. All parts there. Some oil around motor in crate but no leaks. Dip stick cap alittle loose. My wife and I took about 2 hrs from unpacking to running the kart. Fits my 9 yr old grandson very well. Adjusted governor to slow it down abit. I checked every bolt and screw for installation and tightness. All was good. The engine needs some maintenance before starting. Drain preservative oil and put in 10w30. Pull air filter and treat with oil as per manual. Engine uses 93 octane fuel. Started on 2nd pull, 1st pull after warm up. Ran for about 3hrs. Checked and adjusted governor, throttle cable, brakes, chain and checked wheels for tightness.Lubed chain. All good. Easy to do. Check oil, chain and general condition of kart before each use. Requires some maintenance but all karts my family ever had did. Very happy with this cart and my grandson is really enjoying it. ... show more

    • Fun Kart for the Kids, But.......
We've had the two karts for over a year and a half, and the kids live them. The problem is, with anything Chinese made, if you need parts, and in particular, TIRES, Good luck. The Company that sell these karts also have parts. Tires are the one thing that We've found to have the most issues. If you do any serious riding with these things, you'll eventually pick something up that will puncture the tires. Lucky for us, we have a tire shop near by that helped plugging the leaks. But eventually the tires will need replacing, and the company that sells these karts don't have the tires in stock, and they haven't been in stock for well over a year. After 1 hour of my 5 yr old riding this machine the jack shaft carrier bearings completely ground themselves to dust and the chains popped off. After taking apart after an hour of use we found this problem and are awaiting a response from the seller to send new parts. Very dissatisfied so far! Machine looks good and was easy to put together but frustrated as hell ... show more

A++ very well built go cart love the product and so dose my 11yr old one easy fix the throttle cable kept popping off but easy fix I had to use vicegrip to tighten screw overall awesome product and 5 star customer service

The media could not be loaded. We ordered a red and blue one SO TWO GO KARTS from them back in September because I was worried about the supply chain and being able to get items for Christmas. We just put them together the beginning of the week of Christmas and the blue one ran for about 2 hours total and the axle broke and the bearing is like melted. Well one day later the red did the SAME THING. I tried to seek help from the seller and because it was “past the 30 day mark” they were not willing to help AT ALL. We don’t want to return it now that they are put together...and my husband can fix them, but that’s not the point at all. They could offer to send new bearings or a partial refund to help cover the cost. I hope you read this review and chose a different brand go kart, I have two sad boys. ... show more

Overall the go-cart is great. Perfect size. Bought two for my 5 year old son and my nephew who is 10. Two main complaints didn’t want or expect to have. First was that the on off switch was wired backwards. Today, only after three rides the chain keeps popping off. My husband needs to take a look at it, but hoping it if fixed and we don’t have to put money into it this early in. The boys love them and being able to monitor the speed with two levels is nice. ... show more
