  • Very fun little bike
This has been so much fun. We haven’t had one issue with it and had for 18 months. My brother put it together for my son, so I don’t know the process. He did say the instructions weren’t very helpful, so you have to know what you’re doing. A couple of the plastic pieces were broken in shipping and brakes were kinked, but seller was very responsive and sent replacements. Bought when my son was 13 and he quickly outgrew. We’re ready to buy the next size up. 100% recommend. ... show more

  • Do not buy!! Total Garbage Warranty is a Scam Also
We purchased this bike and it honestly was pretty neat for a few weeks. We had read other reviews and knew it may have reliability issues so we bought the Asurion warranty(also worthless). After my son rode it for probably about a month it steadily lasted less and less and ultimately quit taking a charge. I as instructed reported the issue to Asurion since they are supposed to facilitate with the manufacturer warranty(it was still inside of this when I first reported it). By the time I got through all the red tape and got someone on the phone I think it may have been under the Asurion portion of the warranty as it transitions from one to the other from my understanding. They told me the battery wasn’t one of the covered item and was more or less a consumable(laughable that a battery lasts a month based on battery technology but whatever). They told me that Mototech had been doing a courtesy swap for some customers so they would inquire. I never heard from them again and now I have a dead bike with a weird battery you can’t even find a replacement for as far as I can tell. They didn’t even offer to sell me a battery. Do not buy this bike as tempting as it seems it is poorly built and the stem developed slack quickly and there is zero support from Asurion so that’s more or less fraud from where I am sitting. Buy a real brand and save yourself money and time ... show more

  • My son loves this dirt bike
My 11yo son absolutely love this dirt bike! He's had 2 razor electric dirt bikes prior to this one and the power and speed from this bike is awesome.

  • Nice bike
Good power. I bought this for my son, but it moves my 200lb butt around fine. My one complaint is that the throttle requires more movement before the engine engages than I would expect. I have ridden various gas-powered motorcycles over the years, and you usually get power with a minimal amount of the throttle movement. Update: Last weekend the the battery did not want to charge. My son rode it aroud more and after that it decided to charge. Not sure what to think about that. My son managed to bend the key enough that it would not go into the ignition switch. Did a search for keyed switches and the exact model showed close to the top. Exact same key so I don't have to swap the switches. About $7. My son also managed to damage the charging port on the bike. I went to the local electronics store to find a new one. Found one that the charger fit just fine, but the new socket seems to be of a slightly larger diameter than the old one and would not fit. I ended up drilling a hole through one of the plastic side panels and mounted it there. I would think less likely to get damaged there in any case. ... show more

  • Great product and great service
We received our bike earlier than planned (which is great) but we were at work. The seller required a signature at the time of delivery (understandable since it's such a big purchase). FedEx could not change delivery rules without the seller's confirmation. The seller jumped right in and helped facilitate. We got our bike (and a happy son). The bike is great! I also appreciated the phone call from the seller to make sure all was OK. ... show more

  • Not plug & play, Battery &charger don't work! 😮💨🤕😢
The media could not be loaded. Battery was completely doa, charger seems dumbfounded, it did do some red light but only for a brief moment and charged up to 52v in about 12 hours as I checked on it.. tho at that point I got to ride the bike for less than one minute and the battery was dead!! Feels like a nice bike but if the company can't get some decent power to it they should probably drop the price and sell the bike without battery and charger and we can source our own quality of components ... show more

  • Fast!
My son loves it. Be careful with the throttle response. Tuning it just a little would provide crazy torque

  • Long process if you have a defective battery and want to return
This was a long, drawn out process and a TON of miscommunication. We received a bike with a Defective battery. It would go 2 miles max, and then die. This happened 4 times before I packed it up to try to return. Then the problems start. I had to contact them and also the Manufacturer to try and get a return. They make it as difficult as possible and it took 2 weeks of back and forth. They finally said they would send a replacement battery to me in a week or so. I told them I wanted a return. They said it had to be unopened and I had to pay for shipping. If one package was opened, they might not except. So, I'm keeping the damn bike and will sell online to get rid of it. Not risking them not honoring return. DO NOT BUY IF THERE IS A CHANCE YOU WANT TO RETURN AND IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE BIKE, THE WILL FIGHT YOU ON IT. ... show more
