Ordering was fairly easy, but I wish they had the remote and gateway separate. I ordered 10 blinds for 3 rooms and had to try to separate them into 3 different orders, so I only received 3 remotes and one gateway. Orders came within 2 weeks and were all correct except a gateway was missing. I emailed the seller and they asked about how far apart the sets of blinds were and sent me two gateways at no charge. Blinds were very easy to install, just screws the base to the window jamb and then snap in the blinds. Remotes had already been paired so it was just take them out of the box and use them. Gateway on the other had was a little difficult and instructions were almost nonexistent. I finally figured out that the button the app is asking you to push to pair is the one on the blinds and not one on the remote. Once I did that it paired fine and works individual blinds through the Alexa app. It does not do well with groupings which I was disappointed with. If I ask it to open living room blinds 1 (out of 4) it will open the blind named "living room blinds 1" no problem. However, if i want it to open all 4 living room blinds it will open 1, or 2, or 3, or maybe all 4. It seems to have trouble with grouping. I have tried both grouping in the Alexa app and in the gateway app and never seemed to work well. I may try a different gateway at some point. I did also get the solar panels and they work great and are easy to install straight to the glass with the double-sided tape provided. They have been on the west facing windows now for month in the summer heat and seem to be just fine. Overall, very pleased.

Pleased with the product. Love the Solar panels haven't had to charge with electric yet. Easier to install than take down the old ones. Remote worked on all 3 shades right away. I am buying 3 more because it is a great value.

The instructions don’t make sense. The hardware doesn’t make sense. The customer service is in China so it won’t make sense. I’ll just use another shade. What a waste.

Loved this roller shade until it suddenly stopped going down past a certain point. I can't find any way to troubleshoot this problem. It's fully charged, the battery isn't old in the remote, but the shade will only go halfway down after only 5 months. Would love to bump this to a 5 star rating, but the lack of guidance or helpful videos on youtube is disappointing.

Run, do not walk, to get these blinds. Absolutely beautiful and so easy to install - took me longer to find my screw gun then to install them. Also arrived in ONE WEEK. This is probably the best value Ive ever found on Amazon.

This product works as described. Size I asked for is the size I received. It's not a 100% premium appearing product and the motor is noisy, which knocked a star off the product rating. Only time will tell about the product's durability. However, based on my current knowledge, I recommend this product because it definitely blocks the sun and is working flawlessly!
