Removing the impeller required the entire case be opened so the motor shaft could be stopped from turning.

    • Not designed for a Craftsman leafblower but it fits and works great
The replacement for the Craftsman leafblower impeller is discontinued but this is the closest one. I had to put a spacer on the shaft (about 1/4") and my leafblower is back up and running great.

It lasted exactly 1 year and broke again. Better to spend that extra cash and get original part. Cheaply made but good while it lasted.

Original equipment was a press fit to shaft. This one dropped on the shaft with some play on the shaft. Time will tell!
