Description says it fit a Toyota 20r. Maybe it the supplied a different intake manifold that fit's this carb that bolts to a 20r Toyota engine because it doesn't bolt on to the original - not even close enough for superglue. Sorry, but telling people something fits an engine that it doesn't wastes money and time. An adapter plate might work but nothing is the description leads there. You would think someone selling parts here would make some type of effort to verify because the 20r comes in the Celica also and if it doesn't fit the pickup it doesn't the car either. Don't get peoples hopes up and let them down now I have to explain it to my friend ... show more

I have my 1987 Mazda B2200 since. New , and during the years the original carburetor became a total relic and unable to find anyone to rebuild it nor make it work was tough! So I purchase the Weber 32/36 and becuase it offer a manifold adapter for my vehicle, it worked a short time and working with the companies (Weber) tech were help me get to a point that the Weber Carb would work properly! After purchasing many different jetting from Weber I got it working but I could also way smell gasoline vapors! Called Weber and they explained that most likely I would need to purchase a fuel regulator in order for my Mazda to run proper! I purchased a fuel regulator and installed it and to some degree it worked at time I would still smell the gasoline vapors. The Weber Carburetor now became and issue and talking with their staff, and by the way are no longer available to give solutions or even assistance or technical help! Now that became an issue and to spend $599.00 each time every year or so didn’t fly with me! So I decided to purchased Chinese knockoff and even for the price would not kill the budget and did, I removed the old Weber 32/36 and changed out the Mazda cable assembly from the old Weber and placed the, “what call the cable cam” it is where the throttle cable connects to the new carburetor to the accelerator pedal which tool less than 10 minutes! Now I installed this new Chinese car mad a few adjustment on the air to fuel ratio (Mixture) valve and increase the idle about two turns and started the vehicle, it started quickly and I was surprised that this old but loved Mazda truck ran, after let the my truck warm up with the new carburetor and than I find ten get the mixture and idle speed to a level so that my AC would work proper! Now, out of the box and didn’t do anything else other that what I stated this Carburetor worked extremely and I could believe that a knockoff carburetor would even do that without even changing any of jetting… The best thing of all the price and value of this; let see in the next few months how my Mazda trucks runs byt, for know I would strongly “STRONGLY” urge anyone that this considering to replacing your fuel systems that requires a 32/36 type consider this one for your fix!
