Set up pretty simple I did add a safety strap to the front (doesn’t come with one) weather stripping goes up front by the back window on the 2017 dodge directions say otherwise not sure why. Placement is key on this to ensure weatherproof Will be goin to Oregon soon and it will rain and the real test will come- I’ll update after otherwise not a bad set up for the price. Product page is very misleading. The video shows a completely different bedcover with different attachments and installation. The instructions for installation are very bad and mine is missing some of the clips. It doesn’t look bad, but was expensive and not as advertised. Don’t watch the video that is not the folding cover you get. Debating on sending the whole thing back. ... show more

I loved this on my truck. I am more worried about functionality and not looks as such, and this gave me both at the best price. It was better built than I thought it would be. The design was adequate but the materials were quality. You do need to think it through and maybe get some extra cushion stuff for corners if you are obsessed with waterproofness but it keeps 97% of the water out even at the car wash. And it looks good. It took a few weeks of use to break in the flip down connection in the back but after that now for three years it is great. Getting the back flip down connection on this fold type was a bit of work to calibrate it just right and it was so tight at first it would flip up while driving. NOT a big deal it won't be flying through the air or anything I had to flip it down for the first few times. Then it broke in and has never been a problem since. AND it was inexpensive but like I said, NOT cheap. I give this a thumbs up. I've spent twice as much on other ones and NOT gotten twice as much better for sure... From ten feet you can't tell the difference between a 300 buck one and a 650 one. I'll take the former over the latter. ... show more
