At my last dental checkup, my hygienist suggested that I add a water flosser to my dental routine. I purchased a full-size flosser and love using it. However, I realized that needed a more portable flosser to take with me when I was traveling. After researching on Amazon, I decided to purchase the Morpilot Cordless Water Flosser and have been very happy with it. The water reservoir is not as large as my full-size flosser's and I need to refill it once before I finish flossing, but that is easy to do and is not a problem.     • Consider when and where you will use this ... I didn't
My principal use is at home. After buying this, the company asked me to review it. It was then I noticed Amazon's suggestions of other products to consider. One being a vanity top unit, which I bought. This other unit has a greater range of power settings and can be set to greater force than this portable one. It also has some different tips. One being a periodontal tip that can deliver medicaments to the gums. Having just gone through periodontal surgery which opens up the gums to clean below the gumline, I am hoping to not have to go through the expense, time and discomfort again. The reservoir in the counter top holds three times as much water than this portable unit. I only have to fill the countertop unit once with each use. With the portable one, I have to fill it three times. If you travel frequently, I believe this unit to be more effective than flossing with floss and would be a good purchase. For me, if I had to do it over, I would only buy the countertop unit and use floss when I travel as I'm not away from home that often. Apologies to those of you who are critical of reviews that aren't strictly about the product. I think this product is fine for travelers. ... show more

    • Good --- But---
The Good News --- It does the trick, My dentist was pleased with the results and this item is well-priced for what you get. The In-Between News -- I'm a fan of simplicity. I noticed that some others were upset that there were only 3 settings and 1 type of tip and wish there were more. I don't believe if I had 22 different settings and 8 different tip combinations that I would really ever use them. If most of us were honest, I think we'd admit that we're likely to find one or two setting we like and probably use those all the time. With that being said, The "Normal" Setting is too strong for the interior portion of my mouth, and the "Soft" setting, doesn't seem strong enough -- The Third Setting is "Pulse" which really just combines both. It might have been nice, to have a few more settings -- I went with the portable option because It can fit in a backpack and be used at work, etc... The downfall is that the water reservoir size is too small. I end up having to fill it hack up two or three times. This isn't a big deal, but I worry that each time I unlock and lock the portable unit (you do this by twisting it into place), I'm wearing the seal and eventually won't stay locked, spilling water out. I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it, but wouldn't plan on it being a many year purchase. ... show more

Great little tool for traveling. After getting hooked on bidets, this one is a must to carry when traveling. Surprisingly small for its power. The only caveat is make sure you keep up with replacing the batteries or you'll be disappointed in the performance as the batteries wear down. It's almost addicting!! Pros: 3 different settings, two nice water picks, easy to fill and clean, easy to use and nice to be able to charge, great job at removing food particles from teeth and gums. Cons: Maybe I'm not holding right, but the water seems to "drool" down the settings on the unit. Glad it comes with a plug on the charging port! I like this product so much that I bought two. The battery lasts forever! That said, it does take a bit of "warm up" to, the instructions aren't perfect hence you really have to play around with it a little. The first couple of times I used it, the water splashed all over my face ha. I usually need about two rinsing (fill the tank twice) to achieve that optimal "clean" feeling. ... show more

So far so good. Somehow definitely messier than the first water flosser I had. As much is I liked it, it died six months after purchase. So we will also see how long this one lasts. This Flusser is pretty powerful. I have to use it on the soft setting . I am adamant about having a water Flusser now. When you see how much stuff comes out of your mouth /teeth when you use it it's almost kind of creepy to think about what was possibly staying in my mouth when I didn't have one.
