If you're tall or big you're not going to have a great time. This seat is small. But, all the features are there. We also have the Smart Bidet so I can compare it to that. Install is a bit easier than the Smart Bidet because of the snap-on installation but if you don't have the bracket on in the right direction or upside down you'll be left toying with it until you get it. There's no arrows or other indication of which direction is correct. Snap the bracket into the bidet first so you know which way it goes, then release it and install the bracket to the toilet. The heated seat is nice. Highest water temp setting is good. The back spray on high pressure is good but sprays in a bigger area than the Smart Bidet which has a more concentrated spray area. The oscillating spray is fine, I don't use it. I also don't use the front spray. The heated air seems ok but less flow than I remember with the Smart Bidet. I don't use it on either. Is it worth the $70 price difference from the Smart Bidet? Hard to say. I can deal with the smaller size but I wish I didn't have to.

My favorite feature from this bidet has to be the warm seating! I got it just in time as we're heading into the colder winter months and I love it. The warm water spray is something I've been wanting for a while and truly so convenient. I feel like I can drastically reduce the use of toilet paper and flushable wipes now, which are not great for the environment in the first place. Installation was quite straight forward with the video provided. I will say, make sure you double check dimensions on the product page to confirm the bidet will fit your toilet and that you have a power outlet available near the toilet where you intend to install. This is my first time owning a bidet and I must say it's a great purchase. I've heard good things about SK magic, so I'm confident my experience with this product will be positive for years to come.

This bidet was simple to install (thankfully I have an outlet near my toilet as the cable isn't all that long). The seat warming feature as well as preheating the water used to clean after a poop makes for a nice experience overall. Definitely worth spending a little more on this than on one of the simpler cold water spraying designs. My only complaint is that the seat makes you sit nearer the front of the bowl and that has led to my junk being uncomfortably close to touching the porcelain (I may be able to adjust the seat position so it may be my issue not the bidets).

Ok so the first thing I noticed is that the electrical cord is only about 3'. The only thing in my home that has a cord that short is my toaster. I haven't read the NEC, it is at least normal to have a power supply longer than 3'. In America anyway. Secondly the wash nozzles were sporadic as far as when they would work. The dryer is a joke. And the worst part..... Amazon customer service literally hung up on me and said "I am ending this call now" click. I was like wait I was just trying to clear up a misunderstanding. I didn't curse, raise my voice, name call, or harrass in anyway. They have turned a big 180°. I remember not very long ago I spoke highly of Amazon customer service, boy oh boy is that different now. If I could I would give no stars. 1 lost Amazon Prime Customer today. 1,999,999 to go. Here is to the future 🙌

I normally don’t write reviews, but this bidet definitely deserves one. I could not have asked for a better toilet companion. The seat warms up quickly, it has a water heater installed so you can connect it to the cold water pipe, different levels of air warmness, water nozzle to accurate target dirty areas, and very easy to install. I used to use half a roll of paper ,limiting myself, in order to wipe entirely clean; but this is a game changer as it does a really good job at cleaning everything. It’s truly a different feeling afterwards being clean and not having your behind irritated.
