This is a beautiful rug and it looks great beside my bed. It is everything it said it would be with the exception of one thing. It does not cling to the floor like most rugs designed as area rugs do. When I walk across it it does not slide out from under me but when I take my last step it is pushed out of position. Another example: My bed sits pretty high so when I sit on it, I have push myself back with my feet to get further back. This action sliders the rug out of position. I really like this rug! It’s beautiful and it is incredibly soft. The two drawbacks are that it slips (you’ll want a rug mat) and it is not dirt/stain resistant. I have thrown this in the wash once already and it came out well, so that’s helpful…but if you put this in a high traffic area, expect to be washing it often. Feels great on bare feet. Super soft. It is however very thin. I was concerned that it would wrinkle and fold it’s so thin but we’ve been walking in it for a few days and haven’t noticed that problem. For that reason i just ordered one for another room!
