The color is lovely and the seats are comfortable and firm. I was able to put them all together in about 3 hours by myself but would have been much easier with two people. This is a steal for the price! We ordered the 3 piece set- it came in 9 boxes. All the boxes were clearly marked so assembly was a breeze! It does take 2 people. We had no problems at all....except we "thought" it was missing the cushions & legs for the loveseat. But once I read the instructions, it clearly said the cushions & legs were inside the seat. When we flipped the seat over, there was a sticker with an arrow that said "pull here" & there was the cushions & legs just like the diagram showed. This furniture is even better than I expected... the fabric is chenille & is super soft.....it is sturdy & looks very well-made & expensive....the nail head trim is perfect. I would definitely buy it again & an to shop this manufacturer when I look for more furniture.

Good quality material but poor Q/A checks before they shipped with mismatch legs, damaged metal sides. Customer service made it right with a new set of black matching legs. The bent brace has the couch leaning not flush though, would love another brace to have the couch flush.

I like the set as it is only for occasional use. It is very firm and not a comfy type sofa. It came in several boxes and was easy to put together, but I was missing the back to my chair. I contacted seller and was to receive the back within a few days. It’s been much longer and I still have not received the back. If it doesn’t come this week, I will be making better business aware of this ASAP.

So we just moved in to a new home and had some extra space to decorate. Saw these on Amazon and they had 2 in stock, so wasn't sure if I should purchase them or not. While talking to family and discussing the topic, one got sold. So I decided it is a sign that people like them and apparently buy them. Paid! They shipped them with FedEx from California. The only con is that they don't arrive together. The whole set is in pieces and we ended up waiting for more than half of them over a week. However, assembly is more than easy - just need to align the pieces together and snap! All 3 were done in less than 5 minutes. A little hard, but comfy! Love the way they look, they fit in with our baby grand piano in the sunken living room! Color is also matching our interior. If they match yours, do not hesitate to get them!

We purchased the light grey velvet three piece set and it is truly a beautiful addition to our living room. It came unassembled in multiple pieces per unit. Despite having one piece which was misaligned and did not hook up, it was reasonably easy to assemble. The shipping company was very accommodating in getting our sofa arm re drilled so that it could be assembled. All in all, we are very pleased with our new furniture. It is well worth the cost and would be much more expensive purchased in a retail store.
