Customer service was top notch for a digital and online brand. Very responsive. Modular sectional was comfortable for an out of box option. Not horrible hard to set up, once you learn to set up one, the rest are easy. The storage option was a huge bonus with these. Velvet texture was smooth. I picked this up to replace an older couch that had seen better days, and I specifically wanted something that would fit well with another Mopio piece I already have in the house. This sectional/ modular sofahas been a really solid addition so far. We got the brown and it is a great color. It is an excellent value for the money. Putting it together was shockingly simple. The way the modular pieces connect is designed really well. In fact, assembly was so easy that my 7-year-old daughter, Quinn, pitched in and can actually put a section together almost entirely on her own. Once assembled, the hazelnut velvet feels thick and tough enough for daily use. The biggest win for me is the fully removable covers. I’ve already had to pull them off and run them through the wash a couple of times. I was a bit worried they might shrink, but they held their exact shape and went right back on the cushions without any weird stretching. The built-in storage under the seats is super convenient, too. The spring-assisted hinges make lifting the seats effortless. I use the hidden compartments to stash extra pillows and heavy blankets, which really helps keep my place feeling less cluttered. It’s also surprisingly adaptable for entertaining. Since it's fully modular, I find myself changing the configuration based on what I need—breaking pieces off for extra seating when friends visit or pushing everything together for a big movie night. There is a small catch to keep in mind. Because the seats are fairly deep, shorter guests might find their feet dangling a bit without a thick throw pillow behind them. Also, if you are setting this up by yourself on thick carpet, getting the brackets perfectly aligned to lock the heavy modular seats together takes a little bit of patience. DO NOT BUY: super uncomfortable. Qualities is horrible. Horrible customer service. Holes do not lineup to attach couches together… pillows, fall off all the time. Back is not high enough for your neck to be supported… all you do is feel the frame of the couch, no support whatsoever. Try to initiate a return as soon as we realized the quality was subpar… company wanted to have pictures of every single step of the delivery, which of course we didn’t have because we assumed it would be fine… do not believe the positive reviews assumption is that they are fake… do more research. Do not get this one. You can get a better coach that still is washable and modularother places. (Made us pick a star to submit review - would have picked zero) ... show more

I’m really impressed with this macy sofa! The order arrived quickly—within just a few days—and was packaged securely in 5 separate boxes. The packaging was sturdy and well-organized. Three of the boxes contained the armless storage modules, one box had the armrest set, and the last box held the ottoman. I really appreciated how well everything was packed, especially the cushions, covers, and hardware, all of which were safely stored inside the sofa itself to prevent damage. Putting the sofa together was a breeze. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I was able to assemble it myself without any trouble. The design is sleek, modern, and fits perfectly in my living room. I also love the Velcro strips that keep the seat cushions securely in place. With dogs in the house, this is a huge plus—there’s no worry of the cushions sliding off or being pulled out when the dogs jump on or off the sofa, or when I lift the lid to access the storage space. The fabric feels durable and is easy to maintain—the color also hides dog hair really well! The cushions are comfortable yet provide great support. The storage compartments are fantastic for keeping blankets, cushions, dog toys, and even exercise equipment out of sight. This has really helped clear up some clutter in my living space. This was a brave purchase on my end but my last Amazon sofa was my favorite so it was a worthwhile risk. I do love this sectional. It was very affordable compared to similar brands. I LOVE the in-seat storage. I love that it’s truly modular. I will eventually replace the feet on each piece because it is very low to the ground and we’ve lost countless toys underneath that we can’t fish out without moving the whole sectional. The fabric seems to be durable but has begun to pill in areas that are the “best” seats. I would love to buy replacement covers because the green came out as an option right after I bought my grey one. 😂 it’s been a great piece for my family all in all. ... show more
