    • Very nice tricycle with great customer support.
The bike needs to be assembled. Most of the bike is complete. You have to put on the wheels and handlebars and several other items. It took a few hours to complete. After assembly I took it out for a ride and was very happy with the quality. However the battery life was not as expected. I communicated with them and they were extremely helpful. They sent me another battery and charger at no cost. The range was still not what I expected but with an extra battery, the range is acceptable. My joy was with the customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience and tried to help fix my issue to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how well they handled my issue. I ride nearly every day and have put over a thousand miles on the bike. I highly recommend this trike. ... show more

Strongly built and cleverly designed. Not too difficult to assemble and more powerful than I expected. The outside packaging took a beating and I expected damage, but only found one small scratch on a black painted part. Love this trike. I got the orange and it is striking! Took me a little time to get used to it, but it’s been fun. My brother put it together for me. He thought it was pretty easy and most all of the tools needed for assembly were included.
