Very Satisfying to Assemble. User friendly Display. Strong Build. Paint Quality is nice. Pedal Assist One, is on Point. Battery came separate and has given me a couple hours on full throttle (15). Handled Pretty steep hills, even with some weight in the basket. All the tools came with it.

Assembly is a 2 person job. Read every detail of the Assembly Instructions as one wrong move sets you back. Bolts on bike loosen up easly. Definitely check them before and after every ride. Especially the front forks. Its a good ride for my wife everyday and shes happy

Ok good product all together. Scrappy design on a few things. The rake of the front tires not enough so it only turns really sharp turns and tips over. Understanding its a trike not a bike. But they could make it a little more controllable. The front light is just junk the two little wires dont stick to the light so it dont work. The basket is awful complete crap. Its fast and will get you where your going but via the ER if your not careful. Decent product but all the little stuff is just cheap and shotty workmanship. ... show more

Bought my wife (78 year old) this E trike. There are some good YouTube videos to help with the assembly. Not as bad as some people say for assembly. The hardest thing for me was setting up the shifting/speeds adjustments, but doable. I added a few things to make it better for her to ride, like a new seat with a back and pedals with straps. I love this BUT the derailer does not work properly. I have to pay to take it to a bike shop to have them fix it. Right now I am stuck with one gear. At first the battery life was very short but the more I ride it the better the battery life has gotten. On one ride right after I went 3 miles one way and by the time I got home the battery was drained BUT two weeks later I made the same trip and when I got home I had only used 20% of the battery. The bike is very heavy which makes it harder to tip over. So someone like me who has a balance problem can feel safe riding the bike. The throttle.is on the left hand side which is going to be great for me with my right arm in a sling. I tried to pay for it to come assembled but it would not let me so I had to hire someone to do it for me. It took him a while to assemble but the instructions were very clear. I would say that it is a good value for the money. I recommend that you buy a good headlight and good tail lights as well as rear view mirrors for the bike.
