The bike needs to be assembled. Most of the bike is complete. You have to put on the wheels and handlebars and several other items. It took a few hours to complete. After assembly I took it out for a ride and was very happy with the quality. However the battery life was not as expected. I communicated with them and they were extremely helpful. They sent me another battery and charger at no cost. The range was still not what I expected but with an extra battery, the range is acceptable. My joy was with the customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience and tried to help fix my issue to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how well they handled my issue. I ride nearly every day and have put over a thousand miles on the bike. I highly recommend this trike. ... show more

Very hard to assemble, our rear wheel mount came bent had to bend it back straight to work. Battery assembly very difficult. (Watched assembly video over n over). The outside packaging took a beating and I expected damage, but only found one small scratch on a black painted part. The media could not be loaded. I was pretty impressed that it came sooner than I had expected, took a long time to put together with my work schedule and all, hoping to use it for work once it stops raining. Firstly the supplier states that it is 95% assembled - I think 65% would be more accurate. But more importantly the bits that aren’t assembled are arguably the trickiest! Also the instructions are, as usual, not clear- and in 2 cases actually incorrect. We ended up appealing for help from a local bike shop who, luckily for us were absolutely amazing. ... show more
