Have not tried driving/riding it yet, because of the missing chain buckle. Meanwhile, first feedback as as follows: The chain link parts arrived with only one buckle. Two buckles are needed to properly lock/connect the chains. The battery arrived and there is no red and green light displayed when the test button is pressed, even though the battery charge light shows green (fully charged). Even with the padding that parts had, the frames and handle bars had some scratches due to the parts getting rubbed together inside the box. Maybe better padding that avoids exposing some parts of the frame and handle bars during transit can avoid the unwanted scratches. The assembly went went well using the manual and some videos as references and having the right tools.

The bike arrived very fast. Before the estimated time even. The battery took a little longer, and Amazon didn't say it was shipped till both packages arrived. The battery is branded different from the bike, but it works. Assembly was a huge pain in the ass. Mostly because the cain that I was sent did not work with the quick link closures it came with. So I had to overnight myself a chain breaker to take off a link. The rear brake disc was bent in shipping. I was able to straighten it out mostly. It says the bike is recommended for people 5'3" to 6'2" but I am 5'8" and can hardly touch the ground. Not a big deal since it's a trike and you really only need to touch the ground to get on and off. I have only taken it for a short test drive so far, but it rides very nice, and is pretty fast too. I'm a bigger guy and I got the bike to 15mph under full throttle, and while it was a little scary to go that fast it felt fine. Pedal assist one was a real nice 7mph, two was about 10, and three was about 14. Not much of a difference from the throttle. The bike looks great and it's the cheapest I could find, but I would pay more to not have to go through all the hassle of the assembly. Now that it is done I really like it though.

So we definitely discovered putting a bike together is a pain in the butt. The instructions could probably use more detail. Luckily there are YouTube videos that helped us with parts that were difficult. There are ones specific to this bike. The one I found had no talking instructions but they did show you from start to finish how to do the bike. I will say this took us about 6 to 7 hours in total to build so be prepared when you want to start. The bike itself is great. It's sturdy. The seller contacted us because the color we originally bought was sold out. But we are happy with the replacement and glad they contacted us so we could decide our secondary choice. Overall the bike was worth the aggravation of building it and is a good buy.

Bought this for my husband who is in treatment with brain cancer. First, this is so complicated to put together. The computer was glitching from the start. He rode it for the second time last week and the front tire came off. He's ok but the bike isn't. No response from the company when I messages them.

FedEx delivered my bike on 7 January to the wrong street the wrong name and the wrong address luckily we found it. The bike itself was great. I put it together in 3 to 4 hours. but after it’s all together, I have no battery the bike came on the seventh of January. FedEx says the battery should be delivered by the 12th, the quality of the bike. I’m very happy with the delivery I’m not.

As far as how this Trike runs, I would give it five stars, but I can’t! Assembling this strike was a nightmare, the pictures in the manual don’t do it justice at all. They need better instructions with sketches NOT photos. Also, the gear shifter in the back should have been installed from the factory with the chain threaded through correctly. I couldn’t do it. I’m probably gonna have to take it in and pay to have that done correctly. It took me almost the whole day to assemble this thing and it’s back-breaking. More of the Trike needs to be assembled from the factory.
