Absolutely amazing. Easy to install (but kinda dumb that the mounting hole pattern means only half the unit can be properly installed. The other side requires dry wall anchors - this is sub optimal. I have a master's degree mechanical engineering and do mechanical design, so I was disappointed. Regardless, just getting one side tightly and properly bolted into the rafters is plenty of strength for a 65" TV. I would would be hesitant to mount a anything larger than about 65". The motor action works flawlessly. As other say, it's not very fast - but that's a GOOD thing. The faster that heavy TV moves the more stress that is applied to the mounting bolts. I like that it's slow enough that I feel confident it will last a very long time with just one edge of the hole pattern actually mounted.

Have a 2 x 8 ready if installing at ceiling. The bolt pattern does not extend to 16" center. A 2 x 8 x 24 will help if needed.

I had to customize and add some extra equipment to put up my 75’ TV. It says it supports 75’ but I didn’t see it says make sure the base to set it up gotta be on top of the TV. Also make sure you have atleast 3 people helping to lift the TV and put it the last 4 screws. It can’t be done by one person or two. Other than that, it’s ok.
