Next time I'm going to look in store first. Bearings came completely dry, not to mention they have got to be the cheapest bearings I've ever seen. Other than that welds look decent minor paint defects all over it. Kind of disappointed, Walmart has a trick scooter of same quality for $30 cheaper.
