Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and the remote didn’t work. I was planning on returning it and before I could the seller reached out to me asking how my purchase was! After I described the problem they sent me out a new product at no charge!! Best customer service I’ve ever received from an Amazon seller! The media could not be loaded. EDIT: I posted this review March 21 and haven’t heard anything from the seller about fixing this issue (it’s now April 3). There still doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the seller or the manufacturer to get help fixing this item. —— It’s cute but I just put batteries in it, to get ready to give it to the birthday girl, and it’s awful. It beeps loudly and constantly the whole time its on, and it doesn’t walk - just twitches its legs like it can’t get going. None of the buttons do anything but turn it on or off - no singing, no recording, no music, no roaring. Maybe mine is broken? But there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the seller or manufacturer to ask what’s wrong or how I should fix it. So disappointing.

When making this purchase I did not realize that you can record your own voice clip, this makes this toy even more of a hit. So fun for your dino to roar in the voice of the two year old. They Dino walks, plays music, and the remote works as advertised. Definitely recommend this product.
