My Kindle Paperwhite always felt a bit too thin and fragile for comfort. This case changed that instantly, offering a perfect blend of nostalgic style and tank-like security. If you want your device to feel substantial and safe, this is the ideal upgrade. The classic composition notebook design is stunning and flawlessly executed. It doesn't look like a cheap print, but my logo does seem slightly off center. Nevertheless it doesn't stop my from showing it off to my girlfriend, Mom, brother and friends the first chance I get. Unlike "feather-light" cases that feel flimsy, this adds a nice, premium heft to the device. It gives the Paperwhite a reassuring weight that makes it feel like a physical hardcover book. This extra density makes my grip feel much more secure. The built-in hand strap is a game-changer for one-handed reading on a plane or just on the couch. Additionally, the magnets are impressively strong, snapping shut with a satisfying, secure thud. The auto-wake function is snappy and reliable every single time I open it. I no longer baby my Kindle or tuck it into specific padded pockets. This outer shell is durable enough for any backpack, and the internal padding protects against accidental drops. Love that handle is in the center so either hand can hold comfortably. Magnet works well and hard covering protects the screen from the outside while soft material is inside. True colors as pictured and great quality. Perfect size as described.

Good case, nice design, slim (even with the strap). Magnet open/close works. Strap is nice an tight. My only gripe with this more due to the size of my hand than the case itself...but my hand is too small to operate the kindle with the strap in the center. Double straps on either side would work better for me. Otherwise, solid case. ... show more

Light weight and protective. The hand strap is comfortable. It feels pretty durable and water resistant and has a slightly raised bumpy texture so it’s non slip. I have the paper white signature edition kindle which has the wireless charging function. This kindle case does not impede wireless charging on the kindle wireless charging dock which is great. The design is nice because it’s still thin and it doesn’t affect the bezel of the display like other kindle cases that hold the kindle in with a border. ... show more

This case is everything I had hoped for. My favorite feature is the magnet that holds the cover against the case back while open. No more cover flopping around. And there’s an elastic strap which makes holding it so much more comfortable. Opening the cover wakes the Kindle and closing puts it to sleep. Both the Colorsoft and Paperwhite fit snugly in the case and it takes a fair amount of effort to remove them. Materials used appear to be good quality and have a nice feel.
