I must admit that I was very impressed with this cabana. We bought it for a recent trip down to the Jersey shore. I wanted to have an option other than umbrellas for the beach and this was perfect. First, it’s pretty urable and can definitely handle strong winds. The center pole is adjustable, which is great so that you can adjust it for different heights of people. My only recommendation with that is to make sure you bring a little shovel so that you can dig a hole to bury the pole. The little screw tip doesn’t work well in the sand. Also, the other suggestion I would make would be to fill the four corners with sand and then bury them in the sand about 10 to 12 inches. This will give more strength to the cabana as well as keep the side flaps down the street for a better look. I did not buy the insurance, but I would strongly recommend it because although string, I can see this being used over and over and tearing over long-term use - protect you investment. We got blue and the color is exactly as pictured. Simple set up and can easily be done alone. It does come with stakes but I think they are more for the yard, didn’t need them with sand. Breakdown is easy and fits perfectly back in the bag.

I am absolutely loving this beach tent! We just took it out to the beach, and it worked perfectly. It provides amazing shade and is spacious enough for the whole family to relax comfortably. The setup was quick and straightforward, and it holds up really well even with the beach breeze. If you are looking for something reliable to protect you from the sun while enjoying a beach day, I highly recommend this one. It's definitely worth it!"

The worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon!!!! first off the cabana came with the top bar damaged already. Bars are made out of cheap aluminum. No wonder it came damaged and bent already. Honestly item looked used already. We still try to use it because it was the only thing we had at the beach. Even though it keeps you out of the direct sun, you could literally feel the heat beaming through the top of the canopy. CHEAP MATERIAL!! Don’t recommend, already started the return!!

This is a nice, large canopy and was easy to set up. The problem we had is that it does not do well when it's windy. The sand bag legs are too long and they have to be splayed out in order to anchor the canopy well, which takes up a lot more room. When the wind kicked up the canopy was not as stable and swayed a lot more than other cabanas on the beach. I was disappointed that it did not hold up well for us.

It was easy to put up and seems to be of good quality. We live on a lake but we bought the Cabana as a sun protector for our small dogs in their dog yard. We used the drive in stakes which came with the cabana instead of filling the supports with sand as suggested in the instructions and they worked well. We are very pleased with the item.

This tent does the job and is easy to set up. We've only used it once on a windy day at the beach. It didn't blow away like umbrellas rolling by. It took a beating but kept on standing. We didn't anchor the center pole deep enough. It comes with a shovel so you can dig a hole to help you get down deeper. Don't skip this part because even though ee though we pushed it down enough, the center pole was leaning at like a 70° angle. But it stayed up the whole time. Plenty of space for everybody under there and wasn't overly obstructive for people around us. Also it's surprisingly light. Don't be concerned about lugging this out to the beach, so lightweight and no trouble at all

we used this at the beach for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it was perfection! i may update this review at a later time to share re: wear & tear. i do the beach as often as i can here in southern california. i'm 60+ gal and had a big spinal fusion surgery a year ago. i could no longer work with the canopy i had and this purchase is a win right out of the gate. also really love the detachable side screen. yay!
