This was purchased for a trip to Alaska and it worked out great. After layering clothes the coat went on perfectly without feeling bulky and it remained lightweight. The multiple pockets were ideal for holding everything needed for the day. There are 2 large-sized hip pockets, 2 medium-sized chest pockets, 1 large inside pocket and 1 small ID pocket on the shoulder. The cinched, cotton fabric cuffs were great for covering the glove opening wherein no air penetrated and I remained perfectly warm. Finally, the hood was small enough to not block my view, but big enough to cover a helmet. Only downside, it would be nice if there were a way to close the neck of the hood. The coat has a top snap to cover the zipper and close off the upper part of the coat, but there's no way to snug the hood.

I'm surprised by the quality of this coat for the price. The coat itself is very thick and heavy, perfect for the snow. I don't think I'll even need to layer it. The hood is a good size and the fur is SO soft. The material seems strong, and I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but it seems water resistant. Lots of pockets! Really nice fitted cuff. Zippers and seams seem decent. All in all, seems like really good value for money.

This coat is very warm, has a cozy fleece lining and knit cuffs inside the sleeves which help keep out cold. I like the length of the coat and that the waist can be gathered, making it more attractive. I like that it has multiple pockets, some with zippers or snaps. I do wish the hood was detachable as it is very large and awkward, making it difficult to see with it on. I also would prefer snaps on the flap covering the zipper rather than Velcro , which catches things and wears out after a while. All in all, I am happy with it.

I waited a few weeks before writing a review and I have to say I am SO happy about this purchase! It is so warm and wind resistant even when it’s been 5 degrees where I live. I am 5,3” about 185lbs, D/DD and size 12 pants and the size large fits me great! I’m very curvy and so fully zipped it fits a little snug around my hips but in a comfortable way when I’m walking in the cold. But it’s not so snug I can’t wear bulky sweaters underneath. But with the two way zipper you actually can zip up the bottom when sitting down which is what I do when I get in the car. I love that it goes halfway down my thighs. This coat also has pockets galore!! Which isn’t something you find often in women’s clothing! Highly recommend this coat.

I love the length of the jacket. The style is great as well. I had an issue with the breast pockets and pocket on the arm. I didnt try if it would be warm in 10 degree weather though but, I didnt try get it because other reviews say this jacket is warm. The color is also very nice! I got it in navy blue. Its a deep dark blue but loved the color. Its not the navy blue that looks gray or black its a very dark blue. Loved the color very much. The fur on the hood is also a very nice touch. Just the pockets bothered me so I returned it. The arms are also big but Ive tried so many jackets here on Amazon and all jackets have bigger arms. Otherwise, I wouldve loved the jacket!
