I waited to write reveiw until I had used a couple weeks. This is my favorite faucet ever. Removing old faucet was the hardest part. Instillation went easy. And I am not handy with tools. Instructions were clear to understand. Matching soap dispenser a bonus. I love touchless feature. No more cross contamination fears. And when filling my dishpan, it cuts off at just the right amount of water. The pull head weight is much cheaper feeling than expected. But it stays up in docking area well. (Would have liked a magnetic dock) Swivel neck has smooth movement to access all corners of the double sink. I do recommend keeping a small cloth under the sensor so that when waving "off" drips from hand do not get on the deck plate. It does get water marks occasionally. But these wipe away easily. (Brushed bronze is beautiful.) There is a nice pause feature on the nozzle, as well as stream and spray. This was; I feel, an amazing deal on Amazon on sale. ($185.00) I had been looking for months for that perfect faucet. And found it! ... show more

Pleased to say that we have had this now for quite some time and I loved it when I put it in, and I still love it. ONE issue to be aware of is the fact that these things DO require power. They come with a battery pack that works fine - till it doesn't - so make sure you keep batteries in the house. Here are the positive points: Installation is relatively straight forward (for crawling around under a sink). The quick connects for the plumbing are quite easy to use and sealed up tightly. Once it was working, the faucet is great - one wave by the sensor turns the faucet on/off. It shuts off after about 2 minutes so you can't leave it on forever (that is a little inconvenient when washing up dishes after a large meal). You notice that the installation is 180 degrees off of the recommended installation, with the sensor on the right and the handle on the left. My spouse was very insistent that we find a faucet that worked with her right/left preferences. We just installed it turned around. I'm not sure you could do that with a backsplash that was close to the faucet, as now the handle goes down away from the sink. The only downside: It didn't work when we finished installation. The unit is electronically controlled (even with the handle), and we couldn't get any water to come out. The instructions were not very helpful, so after 20 minutes, we completely unplugged all the control and power cables, removed the batteries, waited 10 minutes or so, then re-installed them and it worked. Why it didn't work the first two times we did this, I have no idea. As a side note, all of the faucets in our home are Moen and their service and warranty support are great. Any leaks, or failures are addressed quickly and easily via email. Replacement parts arrive in about a week. But, you have to do the installation/repair. ... show more

So much better than the Price Phister I bought last year. That thing was a nightmare to install and was never user friendly. Would be 5 stars if the pull out hose was braided metal but those days are gone. It looks classy on my old sink. Easy to install with the tightening tool provided. I am loving the ease of use and smooth swing action. Also the height makes washing bigger pots easier. The hose doesn’t crimp closed when you bend the head around, like the last one I had did!
