We’ve been using this faucet for 9 months. I like to use products for a while before reviewing incase they don’t hold up. I was nervous about the detachable nozzle losing its snap, but so far so good! (Knock on wood!) The only slight con of the faucet is that it’s a little shallow. I tend to get water splashed up onto the base, and my water is hard so it leaves some residue over time. I really love this Moen faucet overall. Had a plumber install it since I’m 75 and not wanting to squeeze into the cabinet. It looks good but when the plumber left, the water pressure was very low, it was a head scratcher for both of us. He replaced the shut off valves and thought it may have been the issue but after reading the reviews someone mentioned removing the white flow valve, well when I took it apart I found that it was fiull of sediment and once cleaned, it works perfectly. I will probably need to replace my sediment filter more often than normal, very hard water. Now the faucet works perfectly ... show more

    • Nice but not without faults

Pros: The tall size means I can get large pots in and out of the sink easily, unlike my prior faucet. It looks nice and works well. The design is great, except for the left handed one I got. Cons: It drips 4 or 5 times after shut off. Makes me feel a little uncomfortable since continuous dripping & running is not what someone wants from a faucet. Yes, after the initial drips, they stop but I still think that it should not drip at all. Somehow, we ended up with a left handed faucet. I saw no mention of right or left handed. When I am ready to scrub or utilize with my right, holding the pan or whatever, the faucet on/off should be on the left. It is not. It is a bit awkward turning it on and off, since it is on the wrong side. I could get the plumber back in to turn it around but then the writing instead of Moen will be facing front and the writing should be on the back and the plumber would charge all over again. Lastly, the pull out cord is just one foot long - not long enough to reach to a pan on the counter. Essentially, it is for sink use only. Rather stupid since filling a pan for boiling should not require putting the pan in the sink, where it would get wet and have to be dried off before putting it on the stove. ... show more

Main problem for me is the faucet is too loose. So the hose will move it to where it likes to be. That and the plastic nut to mount it; don't feel it will last more than a year or 2.

Easy to install. Easy to turn neck. Spray is strong. The only thing I do not like is that the mount plate is fastened with just the nut that attaches to the stem. Moen is a great brand and I am familiar with this brand for half of my life. This is a simple yet elegant faucet that offers a reliable and easy to clean solution to your faucet needs. It’s not a large unit and is designed to fulfill basic kitchen faucet requirements. It’s on a smaller size than some are accustomed to but I am more than pleased with the price point (Amazon Prime Week In July) and functionality. I would purchase this faucet again. I hope it lasts close to 10 years as I expect it to. My only downside to this faucet is it’s smaller diameter neck and sprayer button/lever. ... show more
