  • Looks good and works smoothly
Color: Stainless Style: Wave - Gen 2
Good looking and high quality product. Water flows smoothly and sensor works flawlessly, turning the water on and off quickly. The hose within the faucet is connected to the water dispenser to prevent leaking. Not cheap, but worth it.

  • So far, so good!
Color: Stainless Style: Standard
The media could not be loaded. We love this faucet. It looks great, works great, and it was easy to install. We have much better water pressure with this faucet than the faucet we had. The only thing I would complain about is any water you get on it or the base leaves spots when it dries, but that's just nit picking. Overall, I am very happy with the faucet. I do feel it's a good value for the money. It was less expensive on Amazon than our local hardware store. I would recommend. ... show more

  • Great faucet!
Color: Stainless Style: Standard
I love this faucet! I had an American Standard for only a year before it started leaking! It took several months of trouble-shooting it before I finally called in a plumber. He said it actually was caused by a faulty design up inside the interior so that every time I pulled the faucet head from the faucet, it would rub against a piece of metal that wore a spot in the hose that could not even be fixed or replaced (a new hose would not solve the problem because the sharp metal piece it rubs against cannot be replaced). He said I would have to get a new faucet! I asked him if he could recommend one, and he said "Moen." So, this is the one I got. This one is great! I don't anticipate any leaking issues. I saw that some of the reviews here mention that the faucet drips several drops of water after turning the faucet off. So, asked my plumber about it, and he said that all Moens do that because of the way they are designed. The mechanism that shuts the water off in most faucets is located right behind the nozzle, whereas in a Moen it's located at the base of the faucet where it's attached to the deck of the sink. He says it will stop momentarily. He's right, and it no longer bothers me. The other thing I wanted to mention is that my kitchen faucets in the past have always had a "pause" feature because I really got used to having that option. But, they're not very common (American Standard was the only one I could find on Amazon that had it). This Moen faucet does not have the pause feature, which I do miss. HOWEVER, this Moen does have a power boost feature, which I've never had before. And, I have to be honest, I'm finding that I'm using power boost much more than I ever the pause. So, now I'm so happy with the Moen and the power boost that I really don't miss the pause feature anymore, and if I ever had to choose again between "pause" and "power boost," I would choose "power boost." Hope that helps! ... show more

  • Motion sensor works great but there are concerns
Color: Stainless Style: Smart Faucet
We owned the first generation version of this faucet until the electronics on it started to go out. That faucet lasted about 10 years so hopefully this one will last at least that long. This newer design is easier to install, not being much more complicated than a standard faucet. We have this style of faucet for the motion sensor and that works perfectly. One advantage to this generation of the faucet is the water temperature can be adjusted using the handle position when using the motion sensor. The original version forced you to use a set temperature that could only be changed at the control box. The light on the sensor also blinks to tell you when the water is warming up and stays solid red when it reaches temperature. I haven't experienced any water pressure issues, the pressure is actually a bit stronger than it was with our old faucet. The faucet does have some quirks to it. The faucet must be powered to work. The handle does not directly control the valve, its sending a signal to the control box to turn on the water. Your car has drive by wire, now your faucet has water by wire. Sometimes you can tell this is happening because there can be a slight delay between moving the handle and the water flow starting. Another weird thing is you can turn the water on with the handle and turn it off with the motion sensor. Now your faucet has its handle in the on position but no water flowing. The wifi connectivity seems a bit unnecessary for a faucet. There's a couple of interesting features such as auto dripping the faucet for frost protection and auto turn off even if the faucet was turned on using the handle. I doubt I'll ever use a voice or app command to pour out a specific amount of water. It takes less time to just grab a measuring cup. Features like this seem like solutions looking for a problem that doesn't exist. The power adapter is an absolute requirement. The faucet must be powered to operate and the wifi feature is going to burn through those 8 D batteries. Moen should have included the adapter with the faucet and they're honestly ripping you off charging $90+ for it. You can find knock-off versions for less on Amazon that I can guarantee were produced in the same factory as the Moen branded one. This new version has also undergone some obvious corporate cost reduction. The 1st generation was heavy and felt like it could survive being dropped. The new faucet is lighter weight and has a more plastic feeling particularly in the neck and spray head. Even the nut holding the faucet to the sink has thinner walls then the previous generation version. It seems like Moen is trying to save pennies wherever they can. Moen does have a lifetime warranty for leaks and drips but if the faucet body cracks they'll probably call it product abuse and deny your warranty claim. I don't know if this cheapening is a real problem or not, it may take years for any real issue to show up and by then Moen will have discontinued this faucet for a new version. ... show more
